OK, so that's Andrea Mitchell, Bob Novak, Cooper, Russert, Chrissy Mathews, Miller, (maybe the Corn guy or the Kornblatt guy)...how many more? Who is Judith Miller and her bosses at the Old Grey Ho so scared of that prison would be better? (oh you thought she was staying in for priciples sake...they don't have those...remember).
I keep hearing this same story about the early 90s but nobody seems to be able to point to a source. Did Aldrich Ames expose all our covert agents, since he seems to be the primary reference in these assertion. I am not disagreeing, but I would like to be able to cite a source when making this point to a skeptic.
Michael Wilkow was on WABC Radio NY this morning talking about Hillary and her concern for the violence and sex on Grand Theft Auto...Her concern for the children...blah, blah, blah. I called in and asked why is it ok to teach second and fourth graders how to have sex and put condoms on from her NARAL and Planned Parenthood buddies in the schools, not to mention abortions by the gazillions for no reason at all but birth control...but she's worried about a video games effect on your child. I guess since they throw the parents out of every other decision (sex-ed) and we as parents are so stupid and don't know what's good for us and our broods...Hillary must save us. We can't refuse to buy it perhaps...to start. We need her to lead us. Sarcasm off.
Thank you. a brilliant response.....then we could just MOVE FORWARD...but then why are we afraid to move forward?
I can not believe the lengths the Republicans go to to respond in the Dims charades?
The weekend crew is terrible. This morning it was like an adult version of Romper Room with them laughing all the time at their inane inside jokes.
Yesterday morning they were interviewing some attorney who was interpreting the fine points of the law the Rove was supposed to have broken, and they just let him go on with no questions as how any of this would apply when Rove was told the story not the other way around. They were so lame at having an intelligence dialog with him that I yelled at the TV which caused my pup to crawl under the table. At the end of the interview, he did say all of this was speculation right now. Oh, yeah, right...now you say it.
I have not seen actual documents posted to that effect, but it has been written that Ames told the Russian "KGB" about a number of "coverts",she being one of them and for her safety was brought home. The angle mentioned before about her being non covert for several years but working on the WMD gig at the CIA is VERRRRRY intriguing. I wonder how Porter Goss is handling all this garbage?
I don't recall him saying at the start of the MTP interview regarding the Plame affair that he too had been called to testify before the grand jury. Did he mention it at all? His involvement in this matter certainly could influence his questions.
Yep - that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
By omission, do you mean to imply that bombers are NOT terrorists in the connotation of, say, Jerusalem or Baghdad or when the victims are Jews or Americans? That's the clear implication of what the truly evil people at the BBC are doing. Are you toying with that same sort of foul implication?
No I am not what I am trying to say is that the BBC has got it wrong if they thought that it would change the meaning to the man in the street by changing the word terrorist to bomber. In the UK a bomber is a terrorist whether it be IRA, Talaban, insurgents in Iraq, Palestinians or Jewish terrorists.
I think that the BBC was trying to be PC but it may placate some extremist but it will go straight over the top with the average citizen who considers a bomber a terrorist.
Tell me that I have that wrong and am simply over sensitive on this issue. But please, make it very explicit that you specifically feel Hammas and Hezbollah and Islamic Jihad and the PLO and Zarqawi's minnions are terrorists and that Israelis and American's are not "legitimate targets."
I can by your above post that you do not know me at all because of course I do not consider the above legitimate targets, all I was pointing out that language differences between UK and US on bomber certainly among the average people are different. The BBC may mean it differently but Joe public does not see a difference. When I discussed the BBC changing the wording at work last week no one could understand what the problem was because to them a bomber is a terrorist be it in London, New York or Jerusalam or Baghdad.
By substituting the word bomber and terrorist in the UK does not diminish the extent of what they do and to who they do it they are still considered by your definition a terrorist.
Also I post the dose (The Day in the Life of President Bush) on FR every Monday and Friday and the opening graphic is
That alone should tell you where I stand along with my tagline.
Very revealing and scary article about La Clinton ..
I noticed the quotes from Mandy Grunwald were everywhere in that article...
That whole article could be reduced to four words--SHE'S A GOOD ACTRESS!!!
Unfortunately, he this SP saw what happened to Starr and knows he will win media acclaim if he brings down Rove. I just don't feel good about this.
Everyone has to be out on this this week, Rush, Coulter, Sean, O'Reilly (he seemed uninformed on his show when he talked about it.)
I thought I saw her on CNN.
Oh hell, i like it casue it tastes good!!
I don't watch F&F weekend unless I have to for breaking news. I do not mind "juvenile",but they are pathetic. They do not have any one of the three that does their homework and can carry on an interview. Brian Kilmeade does his homework and he can be very funny also. ED is too busy moonlighting with BOR to show up for her real job much, otherwise she does a good interview and is informed. Steve Doocy is pretty good, but a little timid at times. Kiran Chetry usually is informed and does a fairly good interview if she hides her leftie bias and is feeling well, but this am she totally made an ass of herself calling Karl Rove a "liar"and getting a nasty smug look on her face when she asked Michael Barone leading, insinuating questions. She almost spit out her questions and with that look that said "There, now try to defend that evil Rove and evil Mcclelland and evil Bush, you evil Republican scum". I was sickened by her display because she is usually fairly non partisan. It showed me that the democrat leaders have all their minions ready for "xanax or the "rubber rooms".
Hillary/Bill/George Soros are the only ones anywhere that the dems/MSM would be afraid of!
I just pray that Hillary gets up and gives a major speech telling America's mothers what they can/can't feed their children!!!
PLEASE, HILLARY, give that speech!
Weekend programming bump.
Could all of this been hatched out of Harpy clinton's war room??
Pray for W and Our Troops
