Yeah. This is the message from MTP:
Deepthroat, who violated the law: Good
Rove, who did not violate the law: Bad
What are the principles in the MSM? Openly biased partisanship is the only reasonable conclusion.
Yep.. They've cashed in and Pops is out in the garage sitting on his cot, eating a T.V. dinner.
I hope they get him an area rug, when the advance comes in. -I'll bet that cold cement floor is hell ;>
It was too much watching Woodward and Bernstein slap each other on the back about how they never revealed Deep Throat's identity to their 'then' wives.
They were giddy even.
One other interesting thing came to light.
Woodward almost ADMITTED to the Deepthroat as an amalgam theory, he did say that Deepthroat would point them this way, then that way.. and one day Bernstein says: "My God, Nixon is going to be impeached."
I can see Mapes saying the same thing to Baghdad Dan after she went down to collect the phony TANG docs.
What a freakin MESS...
The Left is just moving from one failed attack scheme to another, they always fail, but when you have a dozen smears in the works at any given time, -when one fails you just grab the next scandal and run with it.
Primal scream AAAAAAAAAAAGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
That's just awful.
What is Juan's excuse for low mental acuteness, though? :)
Good idea. Actually, Chetry outed herself a few years ago at Fox, declaring her Democrat Party affiliation and left-ward slant. So, I guess the banner beneath Kiran when she's on the air should read KIRAN CHETRY (D)!
I think she's only at Fox for one reason, and that's the same reason that most of the women are there for....wear a short skirt and be able to read a teleprompter. That's it.
EVERYONE who went to the right parties KNEW Mrs. Wilson worked for the CIA.
It was a horribly kept secret. Besides, lets not forget she worked at the CIA during the clinton "gut the CIA" years.
The only people who did not know were not invited to these "cool" parties.
WHERE IS THE INVESTIGATION TO WILSON's HANDLER? THE MSM HAS TO KNOW SINCE THEY ARE ALL BUDDIES WITH THE DEMOCRATS.
It is amazing to me the amount of times we see or hear this statement I know that it must also be true of some with republican/conservative leanings but there does seem more broken marriages and/or adulterous affairs amongst those with left leanings. It is I wonder because they are the ones that have left God out of the equation
The libs are on a mission to make certain that the Bush agenda does not go forward! It is going to get much worse than this, believe me!!
Rasmussen's daily tracking poll of President Bush's job approval has it at 51% today -- up three points from yesterday and Friday.
http://www.rasmussenreports.com/Bush_Job_Approval.htm
Russert would only mention this if it was down three points.
"For example, what possible objection can there be to linking a wiretap directly to a suspect rather then to a particular phone used by the suspect? OR what possible objection can we have to tearing down the Gorelick Wall build during the Clinton Administration years to prevent sharing of information between Intelligence Agencies and Law Enforcement?"
You are a reasoned man. Now I notice you are from MN and I (from NE) just returned from a trip to a friend's home and we shopped till we dropped at IKEA. Hee hee
In response to your question above: Do you recall the statement we used to toss around: "Don't make a federal case out of it"? The upward movement of 'crimes' to the federal level may be necessary in terrorism, but we will live with this for years after terrorism is a forgotten historical fact (God willing).
As the Clinton lovers before us, they passed laws not realizing they would not ALWAYS be in charge. I have always faulted Clinton for not legalizing Marijuana and blame him specifically for the rise in the use of Meth. Prohibition causes the black market to seek easier to make and less likely to detect and more potent products.. ergo METH.. Would you rather have some kids sitting on a creek bank doing Marijuana or Meth?
Okay..
The dems have to be very careful about what they say concerning Rehnquist's health.
Take a look at 85 year old Kennedy -- does most of his judicial duties from Florida.
Check out Juan's new ride featured on post # 58.
Not a lie--an "exclusive interview" is with CNN or MTP alone, as opposed to a press conference.
If the interview is with Cooper and the CNN reporter, even if Cooper is being interviewed elsewhere by someone else, both are still exclusives because no one else is in on that particular sit-down.
And that the prosecutor who Miller stiffed on the anthrax raid was Fitzgerald?
An easier (and probably more accurate) explanation is that Matt Cooper has a flair for drama.
That is a new one on me an exclusive interview means to me that this person has not been interviewed on this subject by anyone else and that they are stating something that they have not stated elsewhere before.
No question about it. The Democrats are working to create the playing field they want for the upcoming SC nomination, and then move that to next years elections. I believe their agenda is to create an atmosphere they think they can win in, and know they cannot do that as things are now.
While were on the topic of news babes, I missed Jennifer Eccleston for the longest while, but she's back on FOX.
I suspect she may be a Lefty, and a Christiane Amanpour wannabe. But I still think it's cute as all git out the way she hops and shuffles around like she has to pee when she does her on camera stuff. ;>
Then perhaps they should stop calling them journalists or reporters and simply call then "newsreaders".
Excellent job of straightening some of this mess out, it gets confusing.
