Durbin's comments (like those from the most democrats) served ONLY to give 'aid-and-comfort' to our enemies during time of war. This puts him squarely in the middle of anti-American rhetoric of his party.

Since the state of Illinois continues to move EVER FURTHER from the mainstream of middle America (reference it's two Democratic senators and it's current status as a SOLD BLUE STATE in Presidential elections--Durbin's outrageous comments actually DO reflect the liberal consensus in this liberal state--which continues its steady movement further to the far left.

It's so sad that even now--he refuses to see and acknowledge how harmful his comments are to those serving our country in uniform. So sad.
