Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

I only pray we see a civil law suit (at the very least) against Schiavo for wrongful death, I think they have enough evidence to do this. I want them to prove in a court that Schiavo is guilty and then they can stick that up the *sses of the judicial system.

Fv has been standing amongst "every crowd", every single area where people are praying for Terri and waiting for Governor Bush to grow a pair. I have not heard EVEN ONE INDIVIDUAL mention swarming Hospice Woodside. When I came home after an allergic reaction to a sports drink to learn that the so called protestors were chattering about storming the place, it hit me. THE GOVERNMENT-MEDIA COMPLEX IS IN ACTION. It is PROPAGANDA and serves an additional purpose. If they keep PROPAGANDIZING that there is chatter, they can at any time, FORCE EVERYONE in PEACEABLE ASSEMBLY, to leave due to chatter.

THERE IS NO CHATTER ABOUT SWARMING THE PLACE. There are sharpshooters in the buildings next to Hospice Woodside. Many are praying, but then again, that may be frightening non-believers.

Steve Sakac of West Virginia has been coming to the vigil every night with his 31 year old disabled son, Tony. Steve has been the sole caretaker for his son since 1990, when his son developed encephalitis caused by a tick bite (Lyme's disease). The doctors told Steve that his son was brain dead and he would die within several months.

Steve wanted to see Judge Greer to show him that Terri, like his son Tony, is not brain dead.

Steve loves his son dearly. While we were talking, he repeatedly hugged and kissed his son.

I just made it back to my home state from Hospice Woodside.

I had to leave. If I had stayed there one minute longer I would have probably gone to jail with a felony assault.

After watching Terri's family being mentally tortured by the police, elements in the crowd, the press, and our elected officials, I now realize that everything I thought was true about how our government works has been nothing more than an elaborate lie.

We are nothing more than ants to the government. There are billions of us, and they don't give a rip if one ant gets squashed.

The Republican party is spineless, and has caused Terri's death by cowing down to the liberal minority once again.

If you are interested to know who is really running this country right now...His name is judge Greer, and he has used his private army of police to overthrow this nation. One Pinellas cop even boldly told me that they would stop the president from going to Hospice Woodside if he tried to go there.

Jeb is such a coward that he allowed the redneck, podunck, Pinellas police department to turn his men back when they came to save Terri. I witnessed the entire thing.

May God's vengeance fall swiftly and painfully on all of those who were accessories or were complacent in Terri's murder.

Jeb Bush is the head of the Florida Republican Party. HE WASN'T PERSUASIVE ENOUGH TO TURN THREE GOP VOTES last week to change their votes so that Terri and all disabled persons with feeding tubes might live if there was no written directive.

And, never forget the nine Florida Senators who didn't support SB 701 to protect the disabled.
