Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.

I agree. Some things seem so trivial.. Every time I eat, I think of Terri.

I think this has changed many of us in very profound ways. I do thank God for that.

Me to. Every time I eat I thank the Lord for every morsel and wish I could swallow it, but it go into Terri's stomach. Every time my lips have felt chapped, or my mouth dry, I think of how hers must feel. Every time I've gotten a pain, I tell myself not to complain because it's nothing compared to Terri's. I hope that I will always think of others who go without or are hurting for the rest of my life, keep them in my prayers, and thank the good Lord for every day that I have left.

that movie was beautiful.... i'm just so torn.. I know when Terri is with our Lord, it will be so great for her.. I'm just sick about the reason..

Do you ever imagine what heaven will look like? I think parts of it will be very very green.. with lots of purple flowers... and it will smell so good!

I need to go to bed. I have been thinking about this all day and have decided when I refer to Terri, I will be calling her Terri Schindler. I don't when to refer to her by the last name of someone who destroyed her life.
