Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.
sad to say Russ but this is a way of saving social security and cutting medicare and medicaid costs..3rd world government thinking and to think our government might just be thinking this way is the saddest of all

I just finished reading over the list of inconsistencies hino has made over the years. Unbelievable that it's all out there for the media to verify and they've refused. Jeb and the entire Bush clan has refused. The American people have refused.

Yes, if he rules in our favor we will know it is only because God made him do it! But all these rulings against the Schindlers make me know for sure that there is a conspiracy against them. I also have learned never trust man, God is the only one that comes through. That is our real hope here and it always was.

Nothing really matters in the natural right now. Felos, the HINO, Judge Greer - small meaningless petty little flies. What matters is that we bombard Heaven with our petitions on behalf of our precious little Sister, Theresa Marie. Heavenly Father is all Powerful, all Loving, all Knowing, All in All. The Beginning and the End. These small men better repent now or be mowed over by God's steamroller.
Our Heavenly Father is aware of even a sparrow that falls in flight. He is watching to see how his creations treat His precious little daughter, Theresa Marie. He has given them plenty of time to repent and relent but they would have none of it.

My dear dad, who would have been 98 next Tuesday, always said, " we will destroy ourselves from within". America, no longer needs to be concerned with those outside our country that can bomb us and take over, it is the homeland immorality that is eating us alive. When we can litererally MURDER,( and yes JUDGE, it IS MURDER!)......one of our disabled, and the President, Governor and those in authority not stop it with a executive order, we have nailed yet one more nail in the coffin.
