Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.
Not necessary. Spouses make those decisions.
AMEN
And Please, in Jesus's name, speak to the heart of Michael Shriavo, that he may allow Terri to live, and go home with her parents! Amen!
"Where is the signed will stating she wanted to be cremated???'
In Michael's big imaginary book of Terri's wishes.. right along with "I want to be starved and dehydrated" and "I want you to father puppies with some strange piece of ***"
Found it! This time I wasn't 2,000 posts late.
Good for you, Wampus. I'm only 5,000 posts behind since I was gone all day....think I'll go start from the beginning of the last thread and catch up.
lol, just kidding...
amen
just can't believe Gibbs said that. I'm thinking Matthews was spinning the facts, - nothing new for the MSM.
No he did do that on one of the early filings, I read them and that was a mistake to do...unfortunately, but hey, believe me, lawyers are human like anyone else and make mistakes...but the filings to the SCOTUS and some others were way better, like night and day...so there is just a reluctancy for the court to step in, and I think they are mad at congress for getting involved. Unfortunately Terri is who pays
Nonsense. They expressed the exact same sense of moral superiority to those they we supposedly "praying for".
It's nauseating.
If you are so nauseated why don't you leave? No one asked you to come in and be insulting..
I think you're judging the heart of someone you don't know. I won't judge the sincerity of a prayer....there's a lot of things we can judge, the prayer for someone's heart to be softened and to allow the moral right thing to do...not going to judge from where it comes! You probably shouldn't either....if you have a point, make it, we're all ears. Just stirring trouble...then Shoo!!!
Hey, I was only about 1,000 posts behind when I got back tonight. Probably was a mistake to try to catch up this time :)
Maybe I'll just pick a random number from now on, and go from there..
Oink away.
"The bible says for prayers to made for kings and all who are in authority so that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in"... get this boy... "righteousness and holiness."
Doing Terri to death by Caesar is not "righteousness and holiness."
You responded to this question from a poster: "Judge Greer asked why it took so long for this claim to come before
him"
I truly believe that Terri regularly speaks a few words here and there. About 1 1/2 years ago, Schiavo added another couple of items to the list of Forbidden things in Terri's room.
The items - were all recording devices and Cell phones. Of course, Judge Greer wasted no time in approving the request. If Terri's family were allowed to bring recorders in her room, I'm sure they would have been able to record Terri's voice speaking many times.
This reminds me of a death penalty case, where the prosecutor refuses to admit he convicted the wrong person no matter what new evidence is found.
The media still doesn't realize how difficult it has been to document Terri's abilities. They act like Doctors are free to go in an examine her, which is not true. The Schindler's have been under such horrible pressure for years. If only HINO would have just walked away.
Oh Amen Gramma, I came onto this thread last night, after all the other threads left me in tears and feeling hopeless. Here is where I found peace and understanding. I desire NO man's death, even those who are so intent on murdering an innocent woman. I don't cheer on anyone who would advocate harming ANYONE. My heart aches with the tragedy we are watching. I don't understand why so many people think it is perfectly fine that Terri is being tortured to death. I just don't understand it. To all who were here earlier in the day, and who were here last night, thank you. You helped me more than you can know. pattyjo
I love coming to this thread, too. :)
Sorry you find the truth so insulting.
By the way, you told me 10 minutes ago you were tired of answering my posts.
Why are you still responding?
You like me don't you.
God sustain Terri, Bob and Mary Schindler and their family, each one.
We ask that you move upon Judge Greer...make him see the errors of his ways; soften his heart and have him do what is right and good, that You may reward him with Your blessings, freely given to those who seek You with their heart.
You are the giver of Life but Satan comes that he may destroy and "seeks those whom he may devour." (1 Peter 5.8)
Send Your angels to bind the demons which have been working great evil against Your child, Terri.
Sustain Terri this night; giving her Your Living Water and Mannah from Heaven. Protect her, keep her, love her. Send Your army of angels to minister unto healing and comfort.
In Jesus Name,
Amen.
Peace be upon all who draw unto You.
This needs a thread of it's own. I would post the whole article.

amen
Legal what you hearing about why Judge Whittemore did NOT grant a new trial? It sure doesn't make sense.
Wrong. I'm judging the words in a post.
Nothing more nothing less.
I have no need to judge what's in anyone's heart.
Of course I guess you missed the post I was responding to which called the judges in this case "evil".
The blantant hypocrisy of you people just makes me laugh.
