Tonight it is, March 22, 2005, over five days since Theresa Marie Schiavo commenced her ordeal of purposeful and legally sanctioned dehydration and starvation. We await a decision from the three judge panel from Eleventh Judicial Circuit as to her fate, as her family struggles with seeing Terri's physical health deteriorate.
That the Lord would render the Clintons, and ALL their minions, totally powerless and useless and nameless and faceless and voiceless and homeless and penniless, and that He would strip them bare before the world, such is their evil, leaving only their immortal souls, and it is for these souls I pray.
I agree, and let me tell you, The Good Lord is on His throne and is very unhappy. The entire Tampa bay area, is being bombarded with Thunder & Lightning!

Any thoughts on these?
Frankly, if it is true that a Bush41 judge ruled against the Schindlers in favor of starving the disabled, it would not surprise me. I had already thought, we don't know who stands where in this mess. A Clinton appointed judge in Atlanta would still be a Southerner and might be ok in a life and death case like this, and in one where a Federal Statute was in place. A Bush appointee could have the worldview of a Greer(not talking about Greer the evil crook, but Greer the state judge whose findings rule all). In fact, the Supreme Court has members who we admire, who would probably vote to let Terri starve to death and to ignore the de novo trial in the Statute. Did not Scalia say something the other day about the Federal Government not belonging in these personal, family, tragic situations? I don't think even the brilliant and Catholic Scalia yet has a clue what is going on in this situation. The public certainly does not. It could break across lots of what we thought were ideological and moral and party lines.
agreeing with you in this prayer , Pegita.
True! And this is why we must encourage our conservative christian children to follow their dreams of being lawyers and politicians. If we keep planting the seed that all lawyers and politicians are evil, no one will pursue that profession except the evil minded.
We need conservative christian lawyers and politicians America, before we become outgunned!
I don't usually say these kinds of things, but it no longer surprises me that so many hurricanes hit Florida last year. I know that there are many good and righteous people in Florida, but if Greer and his network has done this to many other innocent and helpless people like Terri, then why would God not show His displeasure?
Thank God that Terri's parents have stood their ground on this and fought so hard for her, or we may never have known about these atrocities being committed.
Let's keep praying.
Doesn't this case go to Kennedy (again) because this is his region?
Oh yes, yes we do need to storm heaven. None of this came as a surprise to Our Heavenly Father.
It's NOT the first time a judge appointed by a Republican has disappointed us. Primary examples of this are on the Supreme Court. If this goes to Kennedy for instance, Terri is DOOMED.

I honestly think that too...it makes perfect sense...

I am not sure if he solely decides OR if he takes a vote among all of them

The SECOND American Holocaust is underway...
Many of us are asking the same question...it is clear we are being overwhelmed by the 'culture of death' and outright apathy.
We need conservative christian lawyers and politicians America, before we become outgunned!
Therein lies our hope, Svd ... that and our homeschooled children who are quietly entering the mainstream of America. These intact families with deep religious and moral values are already having an impact. To God be the Glory, great things He continues to do.
I have read that the lone dissenting judge in Atlanta was a Clinton appointee. The two majority judges were another Clinton appointee and a Bush 41 appointee, is what I read. If so, I caution all of us that we don't realize how this case may cut across all the ideological, moral and party lines we thought were there. Some Reagan appointed judges on the Supreme Court have been horrible on several issues, as much as we revere Reagan. In this case, my guess is all bets are off on who sides where, no matter who appointed them. Most people, judges included, seem to be blind in this case. That said, of course Clinton did terrible harm to this country, like no other, and I join in your prayerful wish.
"Confirms my first impression." - Good!
"If I stop laughing I might start screaming." - Does Work! Does not make us mad.
When my daughter was little, I called her Salamander. Makes your name easy to remember and it has fond memories.
LegalEagle: I was lying in bed this am thinking, under what FL LAW is Terri being starved and thirsted to death? Is there such a law or does this show the power of just one judge being able to create law whereever he, or she wants?
