I have read that the lone dissenting judge in Atlanta was a Clinton appointee. The two majority judges were another Clinton appointee and a Bush 41 appointee, is what I read. If so, I caution all of us that we don't realize how this case may cut across all the ideological, moral and party lines we thought were there. Some Reagan appointed judges on the Supreme Court have been horrible on several issues, as much as we revere Reagan. In this case, my guess is all bets are off on who sides where, no matter who appointed them. Most people, judges included, seem to be blind in this case. That said, of course Clinton did terrible harm to this country, like no other, and I join in your prayerful wish.

This statement from another thread is so true!

This isn't a right-to-die case. It's about the right to commit murder.
