Terri's Former Nurse Accuses Michael Schiavo From April 1995 to August 1996, Carla Sauer Iyer was one of Terri Schiavo's caretakers at Palm Garden in Largo, Fla.
This morning on Fox News' "Fox and Friends" program, she gave a frightening account of Michael Schiavo's actions and words, and also a hopeful description of Terri Schiavo's condition at that time. Ms. Iyer said that Terri could: Interact with staff. Laugh. Talk - saying words like "mommy," "help me" and "hi." Let you know if she was in pain. React reflexively on command. Interviewer Steve Doocey asked Carla why, in her opinion, Michael Schiavo was not telling people this. She answered that she believes "he wants her to die." Doocey then revealed that Carla was fired from the care facility because of a disagreement with Michael Schiavo in an incident where she claims he injected Terri with insulin. Ms. Iyer said that after Michael visited Terri one day for about 20 minutes, with the door shut, she went in after he left and saw Terri sweating, lethargic and "crying hysterically." Carla checked Terri's blood sugar, and it was barely reading on the glucometer. She also saw a vial of "insulin concealed in the trash bin." According to Carla, there were needle marks underneath Terri's breast, under her arms and near her groin. Carla talked to the police and then went to the director of nursing, who was very upset that Carla had gone to the police. She doesn't think Michael Schiavo was a caring husband and claimed to Fox News that he refused to send Terri to rehabilitation of any kind. Doocey then said that he had heard a story from another nurse who tried to feed Terri, and when Michael Schiavo found out about it, in Doocey's words, "it all hit the fan." Carla concurred, saying that Terri could be fed by mouth - jello and pudding, etc. - without aspirating, but that when Michael found out Terri was being fed by mouth, he told the nurses he was going to get them fired. Doocey then asked Carla why she was coming forward now. She answered that she wanted "to let the truth be known. I was one of the very few people who was able to see Terri. She would interact with all the visitors. ... I want everyone to see Terri."

Poor Michael can't get remarried until Terri is gone. The truth will win out in the end. Praise God for these nurses who are willing to risk all to tell the truth!!

I HAVE JUST FINISHED A CONVERSATION WITH A NURSE NAMED NORA. NORA IS A NURSE WHO HAS WORKED WITH TERRI AT HOSPICE. NORA AND I SPOKE FOR A LONG TIME. SHE IS A NURSE WHO HAS COME FORWARD FROM WOODSIDE HOSPICE AND HAS TOLD ME SHE IS APPALLED THAT THEY ARE DOING THIS TO TERRI. SHE TOLD ME TERRI LAUGHS WHEN SHE HAS TOLD HER JOKES.
YESTERDAY, NORA WAS TOLD BY THE AGENCY SHE WORKS FOR, THAT WOODSIDE HOSPICE DID NOT WANT HER BACK WORKING AT THE FACILITY. NORA HAS BEEN WORKING THERE FOR TWO YEARS AS AN AGENCY NURSE. NORA HAD DISAGREED WITH THE STAFF ON SUNDAY WITH REGARD TO WHAT THEY WERE DOING TO TERRI. YESTERDAY, AT 3:30 PM SHE RECEIVED A CALL FROM HER AGENCY SAYING WOODSIDE HOSPICE DID NOT WANT HER BACK.
NORA WILL BE ON HANNITY ON RADIO TODAY AT 2:00PM ET AND ON HANNITY TONIGHT AT 9:00PM ET WITH HER STORY.
I COMMEND THE NURSES IN MY PROFESSION FOR COMING FORWARD LIKE NORA JUST DID.
Where is the evidence? Michael is planning to have her cremated immediately after she dies and Judge Greer's court will no doubt not intervene to stop him.
(BTW, one shot of Michael in the Fox interview chilled me. He was in a closeup looking out of the corner of his eye. Reminded me of Scott Peterson at his trial. The resemblance was chilling.)

You are very astute in pointing out that comparing the slaughter of 6 million Jews to Terri is ludicrous.
The comparison should be made of Terri to the slaughter of the first Jew that led to the slaughter of the other 5,999,999!
Terri is not the first person to be involuntarily starved/dehydrated on the basis of supposed wishes. Nor is hers necessarily the worst such case except for one thing: her refusal to die has exposed the lengths to which the forces of death will go to enforce their aims.
Previously, people trying to murder others through starvation/dehydration have had to be at least somewhat discrete about it. This limitted the carnage somewhat. If Terri is murdered, it will open the floodgates. The day of her death may well become the beginning of Holocaust III.

Now if we can just get it to the judges.

This nurse, and a few others, filed affidavits about a year and a half ago saying basically the same thing. Quite apparently the courts ignored those affidavits in making their decisions?????
It surprises me that some enterprising investigative reporter has not gotten a copy of that police report?????

Judging from your posts here, you are a very hardnosed, heartless, cold person who would like to see an end to all those inconvenient and embarrasing disabled and otherwise less-than-perfect individuals whom you resent taking up Earth space.
May we use these posts of yours as your own Living Will, in case you yourself end up incapacitated someday? We'll make sure you get eliminated quickly and painlessly. Or not.
She could pull the same thing on him. Perhaps more easily, what with his own statements about starvation being painless and all that. He's bigger than her, to be sure, but there are ways to equalize that...
If i'm in her state, take my 9mm and pull the trigger. It's in my will when I go over to Iraq.
Note that her condition is more a result of being married to her "husband" than it is any biological condition. Compare pictures of Kate Adamson and Terri fourteen years ago and today.
