If i'm in her state, take my 9mm and pull the trigger. It's in my will when I go over to Iraq. Note that her condition is more a result of being married to her "husband" than it is any biological condition. Compare pictures of Kate Adamson and Terri fourteen years ago and today.

Make sure that your living will says to stop all food and water in the event of a debilitating injury. The option isn't all that attractive after all, is it?
