Judicial tyranny must end! The filibuster must be broken! The full Senate must have an up or down vote on the president's judicial nominees! We must not allow the Democrat obstructionists the privilege of controlling the confirmation process!
No more liberal activists on the bench!
Enough is enough!!
We will be marching on Washington on April 7th to send a message to all three branches of government. We hope to have delegations from every state of the union present to meet their respective senators and hand deliver our letters, demands and petitions of grievance.
It's way past time to end the tyranny of the men and women in black robes! They are not empowered by the constitution to make law or dictate from the bench. This must end!
If you are tired of activist judges ignoring the constitution, considering "international law" in their deliberations, overruling the will of the people, walking all over the states and other branches, etc., then you should join us in DC on April 7 to run the bastards out on a rail! (figuratively speaking)
So far we have FReeper delegates committed from the great states of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Canada, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia! We need delegates from every state of the union!
Hit your ping lists!! Convince your friends, family and co-workers. Call or write the other conservative groups you may be associated with. Ask them to co-sponsor or join our march! We need all the friends we can get.
We've got the liberals on the run, but we've GOT to take them all the way out while we've got the chance. This is a historic once in a generation opportunity to change the direction of our country!
Help us stop the slide into the Marxist pits of hell!!
Join your state delegation and come to Washington with us on the 7th!!
Bork is right.
I have NEVER been so OUTRAGED in all my life. I am LIVID, utterly and completely LIVID.
Please keep it off my thread.
Thanks
Jim, I'm in Tallahassee, drove in an absolute fury from Texas earlier in the week. Spent all day yesterday at Jeb's office, Alan Keyes was there speaking absolute BRILLIANCE about the Separation of Powers. These judges (both state and Federal) are completely out of control and are MURDERING AN INNOCENT DISABLED WOMAN and saying that anyone who tries to STOP this murder would be breaking the law! This is MADNESS, anyone who thinks the founders ever intended this topsy-turvy judicial tyranny is PSYCHOTIC.
I am going to be telling every single person down here trying to save Terri about the March for Justice, people are losing their MINDS over this. People are angry at Jeb for not acting, but they are LIVID at these judges who are using every little technicality they can find in "the law" to KILL this woman. Many people will hear about FR's MFJII today, perhaps what I can only describe as their nuclear-level outrage will propel them to DC to join FReepers in calling for a return to sanity in judicial power.
(Not sure yet whether I can make DC, don't know how long I'll be in FL and how travel plans will work out since I'm driving. May have to go back to TX instead of directly to DC. But I will definitely be there in spirit.)
Here ya go.
Ok. Great that you were able to get ok Florida. I wish I could've been there too. Hope you can make it to DC.
I will be there in heart. I do not trust or respect most of the judges.
Hope you all have huge turnout for your March for Justice. I sure wish JK and I could be there. Just can't swing another trip to DC so soon after the Inaugural Ball. But I'm looking forward to lots of pictures, and I will be there in spirit.
Have a grate time, you two.
Judges have been grabbing power for a long time and dismissing their oath of office and mocking the Constitution. Maybe now, after the horror of Terri's story, people will take this problem more seriously.
The power that the judges are permitted to posses, intruding in all aspects of our lives (even prohibiting parents from listening in on the phone calls of their minor children who might be at risk) should be of great concern to all Americans who respect the Constitution.
Coming from Hampton Roads, VA. Anyone nearby want to come with?
Count one Montanan and a Montana-to-Conn. Trandslant in on it!
BTW: I'm in a wheelchair--will the area be reasonably W/C accessible?
Thanks!
