We were seperated from the main body of leftists by police. The Anarchists and communists then charged the police line to try to beat us up. It did not work.
Sadly, it would not surprise me at all if somebody said, "Hey, rush this clearance through for me, he's a Senator, and he commanded a boat in Vietnam so he's got experience with security matters" and it was sent through without a records review.

I can't believe that smeone running for the
highest elected office, AFTER 9/11,
would be rubber stamped.
It just doesn't add up?
He was rubber-stamped prior to that, he's been a sentaor since the mid-80s. If the Pentagon had looked into and pulled his clearance, it would have been spun as the military doing Dubya's campaign work.
OK, but unfortunately I still don't think it's all that weird that he was rubber-stamped. There are simply too many people in this country who don't realize that people like Kerry are a fifth column. In fact, it wouldn't surprise me if no Senators were reviewed or issued new clearances, they're Sentors after all, so why bother if you don't realize that some are authentically anti-American??

Oh yes.... We also saw signs that said "Solidarty with the resistance" "Revolutionary Communist Party" "Down with Israel" "Smash the USA", and other really nasty signs made by so called "Pacifists"
If you notice all of our photos with the police in them, you will notice that they are keeping an eye on the "Peace" protesters, not us!
Democratic party stands for "Sex, socialism, and sedition."
