We were seperated from the main body of leftists by police. The Anarchists and communists then charged the police line to try to beat us up. It did not work.

Whoever in the US Senate that gave Hanoi Kerry
a Top Secret Clearance HAS seen all his military records.
The FBI, since 9/11, does non military clearances.
His most recent one who have been when he ran against President Bush.
NO ONE gets a Top Secret Clearance WITHOUT agreeing to have all your records released.

Unless things have changed drastically since I was involved with clearances, that's not really the case.
The FBI sends a summary of what they found to the granting authority, which in the end usually boils down to one person. That person then makes a judgment, based on the summary.

It seems that everywhere these Commies go, the Law Enforcement agencies are aware they are NOT peaceful people, rather quite the opposite. Thanks all you who were there for standing up against evil. I'd bet a lot of Cops are secretly GLAD somebody has the huevos to stand up to these RADICALS....

Yes, you have to agree to let the investigating agency see them -- now I understand it's the FBI -- but they don't provide the raw files to the granting authority. Or at least they didn't use to.
That's why it was such a big deal that the Nixon guy had one raw FBI file: they have a lot of stuff in them that nobody else is supposed to see. And that's why it was such a big deal that the Klintstones had, what, over 900 raw files?
