Wolfson's report is based on court files, depositions, medical records and interviews with everyone involved.
That said, I begin with the most explosive allegation:
Did Michael try to kill Terri?
Wolfson laughs. "No!"
-----
Wolfson's report states that in the four years after her collapse, Michael "had insistently held to the premise that Theresa could recover and the evidence is incontrovertible that he gave his heart and soul to her treatment and care . . . In late autumn of 1990, following months of therapy and testing and formal diagnoses of persistent vegetative state with no evidence of improvement, Michael took Theresa to California, where she received an experimental thalamic stimulator implant in her brain. Michael remained in California caring for Theresa during a period of several months."
Says Wolfson now: "Michael was adoring of her. One nursing home complained he was hostile and abusive of the staff in championing her care. She was immaculately kept. In 13 years, she never had one bedsore."

I've had both CAT (soft tissue) and MRI (bone) scans of my head, because I was supposed to have these two done for a possible cochlear implant. I can tell you that the CAT scan of my head wasn't as dark as Terri's scan. There shouldn't be a dark butterfly shaped area missing at all.
Which scan are you referring to BigSky? A couple more popped up.
"And the doctor who was being SUED, was later cleared of ALL CHARGES. That means the CHARGES WERE BASELESS. That means the bulimia was MADE UP OUT OF THIN AIR."
This is the second post you've made blatently not true. Why are doing that?
No idea what the white spot is supposed to be. Certainly not normal.
Honestly, I am pro life but to me, starving a person until they die is completely inhumane. People get arrested for starving animals to death because it's so painful. Dehydration... look up what happens to the human body without water. Horrible way to go. Imagine watching your daughter in such agony.
IMO, if she is to die, at least be honest and 'kind' about it and smother her with a pillow or inject her with a fatal drug so she doesn't suffer horribly for one or two weeks. Kill her straightaway and stop being squeamish about it.
Imagine watching a person die when they are intentionally starved to death... they can't even give her an ice chip to temporarily alleviate her suffering.
If she were on life support, such as a ventilator, then this story and the response to it would be quite different.
Well my brain looked nothing like it all. It was mostly dark. And I was told about white spots.
Show me one thing I have made up, and show me one thing you insist is fact you can prove.
Oh Yeah, solves everything.
Around and around we go, where we stop, only God knows.
I pray he has reclaimed her before she became a religious/political football.
It would really be devastating to discover that she is in limbo, awaiting death so that she can move on.
I hope that is not the case.
I think this need to be investiaged. We sure don't know what we are looking at for sure. Sounds like we all can agreee on that.
You have got that right. I won't eat a tomato that looks at me.
"Actually, court testimony from nurses say that Terri "speaks" and moves her eyes and head whether there is someone in the room with her or not."
I have a tomato plant, the leaves of which, bend toward the sun whether I'm in the yard or not.
What are you saying?
I'm referring to the one in post #599
My "testimony" should certainly be disregarded, that's for sure. :)
Howlin sent me a note to check out the Terri post.
You wrote "I remain conflicted on many levels about this case."

I'm with ya and I've come to conclude that she won't recover and it's time to let her go.
Hang in there as defender of the truth and Eagles UP!
Thanks. If white is good or if dark is good or vice-versa, why were we told it was ALL gone?
It could also be a partial glimpse of the very top of the base of the neck bone where it begins. T-1.(or whatever) I can't recall the names.
"JEEZ, they are going to kill her and the excuse for not giving her the HOST by mouth"
The host doesn't go with "last rites". You might read up on it before you comment.
An MRI slices it all and takes close to an hour. Maybe a cat scan is another ball of wax. I am way out of my league here.
I wasn't talking about YOU specifically.
