This is the second post you've made blatently not true. Why are doing that?

Why? Because I was going on information I found up to that point. Upon further investigation I have found I was partially correct, but my conclusion was wrong. I do go to the trouble of continuing to find the truth, and admit when I made a mistake.

One of the doctors was exonerated, the rest were not. The charges applied, that is why the Jury awarded the money.
