Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

I'd like to urge folks to try to get to Tallahassee for the rally on Sunday at 3:00 at the Capitol building if you can be there. Pray about it, and if the Lord leads you...come. They're hoping for hundreds...let's give them thousands. Are you out of state? Can you take a vacation day? Can you borrow from your savings for gas, a train ticket or plane ticket? It may be inconvenient, but it may be one of the best investments in the future of this country you've ever made. COME! If you can come...COME.

TALLAHASSEE - The Florida Legislature is considering a bill that would block efforts to end the life of Terri Schiavo and make it more difficult for all Floridians to make end-of-life decisions for themselves or loved ones.
The bill would also require that a loved one spend an average of 10 hours every month for three months with the patient before they could order the removal of a feeding tube.
The bill would apply retroactively to the Terri Schiavo case and all other incapacitated residents who did not leave such written directions.
Proponents face an uphill battle to pass the bill by the March 18 court deadline for the removal of Schiavo's feeding tube and as they struggle to find language that will survive a constitutional test.
The sponsor of the rapidly evolving bill, Rep. Dennis Baxley, R-Ocala, said: ``I certainly hope that whatever error I make is on the side of allowing someone to live rather than to die. ... I hope that this is a defining moment for our culture.''

U.S. Representative Dave Weldon, M.D. (FL-15) introduced H.R. 1151, the “Incapacitated Person’s Legal Protection Act.” This bill would explicitly clarify fundamental due process rights for those who are incapacitated, are under court ordered removal of nutrition and hydration and have no written advanced medical directive in effect.
The bill introduced in the Senate by Sen Martinez has made less progress. I don't believe it has been assigned to any Committee yet.
Maybe we can speed them up with enough phone calls.

Any one who has an ounce of compassion, and especially if they have taken time to inform themselves of the facts about Terri, ought to be both frightened and outraged by what is happening if Florida, no matter what party they belong too.
As far as the "euthanasia" movement goes, I will never again believe that they are about "the right to die". They are about The Right to Kill
I recall a post from another Freeper who referred to them as "the Euthanazis". That's a perfect name for them. It's what they are. Their goal is to kill those THEY deem "unworthy of life". They want to dispose of the disabled. They don't give a damn about your living will or the "right to die". These terms are what they hide behind. If you're disabled, they want you dead.
It doesn't matter if there is doubt about what you wanted, it doesn't matter if you are being abused, or neglected.
If you're disabled, you don't deserve the same the rights as an able bodied person. A serial killer, or any criminal has more rights than you do. You are to be disposed of .
A dog or cat in a shelter has more rights than you do, they can not be starved and dehydrated to death. You can be though, and merely on the hearsay testimony of your "guardian". Never mind that he may have abused you and you were considering divorce BEFORE you "became disabled". Never mind the circumstances of that were suspicious. Who cares that "guardian" lives with another woman and has kids with her, but he won't divorce you and insists on you being killed? Euthanazi's are unconcerned that none of your money for therapy was used for your therapy, but has been used to have you killed.
Never mind that your "guardian" promised to take care of you "for the rest of his life" then after receiving money to do so, turned around and claimed that you wanted to die- a claim that your mom, dad, brother, sister friends and your Catholic religion deny is true.
The "Euthannazis" couldn't care less that you have been kept in isolation, that you have been neglected , that your "guardian" has inflicted psychological torture on you and your family, that your family has been denied the right to visit you, that your teeth rotted, that you have had to suffer through infections without them being treated that even your Last Rites were denied the last time they tried to murder you.
It doesn't matter at all to them, that your condition may have improved, or that technology has been developed that might help you. It makes no difference that you might be able to swallow food, that you might not even need the feeding tube. Once the execution order begins, you will not be allowed one drop of water or food, for days on end, until you are dead, while your family are forced to watch you die like this.
You have no right to be tested for ability to swallow, level of consciousness or anything else. You have no right to be helped.
You are the property of your guardian, to be disposed of in any manner and at any time he chooses. He can treat or not treat you in anyway he pleases. If he says no therapy, you get no therapy. If he says "die by starvation" you die by starvation.
If the judge made a mistake in discounting testimony that it is not your wish to die, it doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter that your "guardian's lawyer and the judge passing a death sentence on you, are both active "Euthanazis". Or that you have been kept in hospice when you have no terminal disease, or that the "hospice" was provided by your "guardians" euthanazi lawyer, or that he was chairman of the board of this same hospice.
A person who has tortured and murdered children has more rights then you do. That person has the right to be present in court and to be tried and convicted by a jury of 12 of his peers, who have found him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and he can't be starved and dehydrated to death, but your wishes don't have to be proved "beyond a reasonable doubt" Hearsay evidence is all it takes to get you a death sentence by starvation, dehydration.
You have been convicted by one euthanazi judge. While the child killer can have his case heard by different judges on appeal, your case has been almost entirely in the hands of one "euthanazi" judge.
The conflicts of interest and converups surrounding your case are numerous and shocking but no one will listen.
Your crime is becoming disabled. You are "unworthy of life". You are sentenced to death by starvation/ dehydration, by order of de Fuhor- George Greer. Ziek Heil !

George W. Greer might be offended, but Adolf Hitler would be amused that a FL "Republican" and a "Baptist" was trying to imitate him to gain international notoriety.
Yes, but they do stand firmly for wheelchair ramps and bar lifts in rest rooms to demonstrate their "compassion" and "liberalism."
Felos keeps quacking that a previous investigation by DCF was unfounded. Thing is unless folks are reading TEJ, they'll believe him. Truth is it the previous investigation was railroaded by Nagatani and Greer.

A 17 yr old was locked in a bed (cage like) and only weighed 49 lbs. when he was taken from the parents by DCF. It's not ok to starve your kids, they'll jump on it in a heartbeat. They need to get Terri.
I do think Greer has pushed the wrong buttons.
