"DON'T STOP WITH JUST YOUR CONGRESSMEN, GET THEM ALL!!!
I'M WORKING MY WAY THROUGH FLORIDA AND US CONGRESS FOR THE SECOND TIME THIS WEEK!"
Defintiely! But I thought we might want to concentrate on the Judiciary Committee in the house, since the Bill is headed there next.
Committee is headed by Rep. Sensenbrenner http://www.house.gov/sensenbrenner/contact.htm

The bill goes to the Judiciary committee. I don't see it on the schedule yet.
The first link has all the members on the committee:

This one gives the schedule:

U.S. Representative Dave Weldon, M.D. (FL-15) introduced H.R. 1151, the Incapacitated Persons Legal Protection Act. This bill would explicitly clarify fundamental due process rights for those who are incapacitated, are under court ordered removal of nutrition and hydration and have no written advanced medical directive in effect.
The bill introduced in the Senate by Sen Martinez has made less progress. I don't believe it has been assigned to any Committee yet.
Maybe we can speed them up with enough phone calls.
HB 701 won't be heard again until next Wednesday, March 16.
The pro-euthanasia groups (such as the ACLU) are fighting to have this bill killed.
