Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

Maybe. DCF MUST be having meetings about options such as removal until an investigation is complete. They do it with children why not Terri?

I am just afraid that the DCF will blink. Remember in the Cuban missile crisis, Secretary of State Dean Rusk said: "We were eyeball to eyeball with the enemy (yes, he actually used that horrid word), and the other guy just blinked." George W. Greer now expects the DCF to blink and back down. I surely hope they won't, but state agencies also like to avoid controversy when they can.

George W. Greer is consistent: he has ruled against Terri on 99 percent of the motions, I believe. The man has an absolute hatred for a disabled woman he has never met. I wonder what Will Rogers, Sr., would have said about Greer: "I never met a man I didn't like until I encountered George W. Greer!"

Won't DCF have need of state troopers to take Terri into protective custody? Otherwise, won't the hospice bar the agency from its facility? Is it possible that there could be an armed clash between state troopers and the security guards that Schiavo has "guarding" Terri?

I just saw on another post on Free Republic that Tampa-St. Petersburg ranks very poorly nationally in depression of the citizenry. See how this fits in with the campaign to murder poor Terri Schiavo.

Even before the Super Bowl, Philadelphia was a depressed town. The city of brotherly love comes in last in Men's Health's rankings of 101 cities on depression.
Philly is joined at the bottom by Detroit, St. Louis and St. Petersburg and Tampa, Fla., according to a news release. People are much more jolly in Texas. Laredo tops the list, one of four cities earning an "A+" from the magazine. The other least depressed cities include El Paso and Corpus Christi, Texas, and Jersey City, N.J.

Criteria for the rankings included information on antidepressant sales from NDC Health, suicide rates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and information from the CDC's Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System. The rankings are published in the April issue of Men's Health, which will be on newsstands March 15.

It just doesn't make sense that this one person has control over Terri's life. He is legal guardian and judge. He hates Terri, hasn't even visited her. He's a swine hiding in a judge's robe. My feeling is that while he may not receive due justice on earth, the justice imposed on him at the time of his death, will be deafening. What a creep!!

If the DCF has no plan for Greer's intransigence, such as protective custody and how to implement it, then there was no sense to them entering the case to begin with. I for one cannot believe that they will let him starve her to death after all they have instigated.

Since 2002. It was originally scheduled to be heard a week after Terri was supposed to be dead.

It is scary that a person so sadistic and with so much vested interest and lust in having Terri die, is allowed to continue to be her guardian. This is one of the many aspects of this case that can affect all of us.

Arguments took place today in George Greer's court.

The DCF has stated by law because they are a state agency which are mandated to investigate abuse and exploitation issues it is their statutory duty have 60 days to conduct an investigation.

In response, Michael Schiavo's attorney argued, as he has many times before, that the matter before the court was little more than a delay tactic.

"This petition, your honor, is odious. It is transparent. It is nothing more than an attempt to modify, without authority, this court's order," George Felos said, reminding Judge George Greer that two higher courts have ruled in favor of removing Terri's feeding tube. "This court simply does not have jurisdiction to interfere with, hinder, delay, the mandate of the 2nd District Court of Appeal."

Note: Felos's argument is not legally based in truth, the 2nd DCA mandate did not give a specific time frame for anything.

Result: No ruling yet. Greer may issue his ruling tomorrow, 3/10 regarding DCF allowed a 60 day window to investigate

House Bill 701

TALLAHASSEE - The bill known as "Florida Starvation and Dehydration of Persons with Disabilities Prevention Act (HB 701) sponsored by Rep. Dennis Baxley was heard this morning in the Health Care Regulation Committee. FRTL lobbyist Robin Hoffman remarked, "We are thrilled the committee voted in favor of this critical bill. This legislation is necessary to protect all Floridians from what Terri Schindler-Schiavo has gone through." It is expected to be heard next week in the Judiciary committee.

HB 701 passed out of committee on a voice vote of 7-4.

Of course, there are typical pro death guardian lawyers who like Deborah Bushnell see this law has hindering their ability to profit by making money over killing those needing a feeding tube. Comments today in Tallahasee were also heard such as:

"I am an attorney who spends all of her practice dealing with end-of-life incapacity guardianship issues. And this bill is a bad, bad, bad bill," Twyla Sketchley said, softly but firmly.

The bill still has to pass through two more House committees, then the House itself, before going to the Senate -- all before the March 18 deadline when Terri's feeding tube is schedules to be removed from her abdomen at 1:00 PM.

At this time, we believe the judiciary committee will not reconvene until next week.

I am actually more concerned about the entire Clearwater Bar Assc than I am the GOP thingie.

Another FReeper reminded me of the deep connections the Clearwater Bar has with the Church of Scientology...and sent an older article about it to me. It creeped me out.

The Church of Scientology believes that disabled people have failed in life on their own and are best disposed of...yep.

I had never understood the impact a powerful organization like the Scientology one could have upon an entire community like I understand now.

Greer's colleagues have HONORED him with an award for his courageous and outstanding handling of the Schiavo case. This puts tremendous pressure upon Greer to succeed in his rulings...adds a great touch of impetus to see Terri dead, don't you think? Kinda like....IN YOUR FACE JEB BUSH....I MAKE THE RULES AROUND HERE!

Am going to ask the FReeper to post the article here. I think we all need to take a second look and consider this infestation....felos is located in the HEART of the BELLY of the JUDICIAL SYSTEM in PINELLAS COUNTY...he is a MEMBER of the HEMLOCK SOCIETY there is SOMETHING SO EVIL going on...I finally get Floriduh_Voter when he/she says 'the entire county, Pinellas County, is a cesspool of corruption'.

BTW-another article in same bunch, provided stats that Pinellas County is number one for depressed individuals.
