Felos keeps quacking that a previous investigation by DCF was unfounded. Thing is unless folks are reading TEJ, they'll believe him. Truth is it the previous investigation was railroaded by Nagatani and Greer.

A 17 yr old was locked in a bed (cage like) and only weighed 49 lbs. when he was taken from the parents by DCF. It's not ok to starve your kids, they'll jump on it in a heartbeat. They need to get Terri.
I do think Greer has pushed the wrong buttons.
Felos, Greer and Michael Schiavo managed through Nagatani and other political hacks to stymie each and every one of the previus DCF complaints. Felos says there were 89. How would he know that? Florida Statutes require that ALL parties be notified. I don't believe Schindlers or Terri herself was ever notified---but then of course she doesn't have her own legal counsel---just Greer acting in his totally prohibited dual role---where is the Florida Bar and Supreme Court in this inremoving this sucker from the bench----oh yeah, I forgot, half the Florida Bar paid to keep this guy on the bench to protect their proceeds from guardianship cases and the monies split up between them and the judge when the court divests the assets in a guardianship case, as in sells the real property etc. Don't forget, Greer is and always will be a real estate/zoning attorney.
Oh yeah, Felos, what about you and your client interfering with the ACPD investigation, refusing to allow a Harvard neurologist to examine Terri---what are you afraid of---that the real truth will come out. Felos, Greer and Schiavo should be indicted for obstruction of justice and minimally for interference in investigations. If there was a social services investigation involving your family and you interfered, dont you think you would be arrested? Well, why not Felos and Schiavo. Are they afraid of them? Why? This has to stop---the system has to start working. George Greer has violated so many laws that he has singlehandedly done more to destroy the public's confidence in the court system than any other individual. He bias and lack of impartiality just oozes---it's a forgone conclusion that no matter what legal action the Schindlers bring before the court, regardless of its legal stability and worthiness that he will summarily deny it. Like we had one attorney on the past legal team tell us Greer denies motions without legal basis---I don't like the color of your shoes--denied. How can the Florida legal system support an individual like this? Once Greer denies the DCF motion, and he will, then DOJ and FBI have to step in and arrest him for obstruction of justice and interference. Maybe a pipe dream but that's what should happen and would happen anywhere else
