Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?
1. LOBBY TO SAVE TERRI
2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.
3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.
4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.
5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.
6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

Greer probably needs the pictures for his book and movie..the fix is in. The only way that Terri will live is to REMOVE this judge. John Ellis Bush do something!

Pc93 is THE PRIMARY WORKER/ACTIVIST in moving the fight to assure Terri has her constitutional rights RESTORED!

Thats the wrong way of looking at the scenario... The better one is we should all ASSUME that Terri WILL fail a swallowing "test". Especially to the standards of the triumvirate(Greer/Felos/Bushnell). So Wolfson's proposal was a TOTAL JOKE.
Terri is already SOOO much better than hundreds of thousands, (or millions) of patients with difficulty or inability to swallow. She will need MUCH less THERAPY to get back her full swallowing ability.
Thats the KEY, swallowing THERAPY, not swallowing TEST.
Note that all the patients on the separate SWALLOWING THREAD had failed their first swallowing test, but after their muscle-stimulation therapy, they passed and could live without their feeding tubes.
I think the MOST ideal solution would be for states to get the heck away from that notion of 'feeding tube' equals medical device... Its no more 'medical' than a spoon. Or else maybe kill EVERYONE who needs a 'tube', even temporarily. </sarcasm>
Obviously, Rush is a man of many talents. In recent years, he seems totally ego-driven. He jokes that he will stay on the air until everyone agrees with him. To his credit, he has tried to keep the GOP on a conservative bent. I don't think he has given a second thought to the judicial homicide planned for noon March 18 in Pinellas Co., FL. He probably considers this of little importance; if so, his egotism might explain his failure to help Terri.
Of all the articles...this one is closet to my heart as I have been so outraged that Terri is in a HOSPICE so that she can be put to death the way the Hospice org puts those who are DYING to Death...via starvation and dehydration (but in these cases, the family can request water and it will be given, along with the standard morphine that eventually knocks the patient out until death arrives.
I know-I was with my aunt while this was done to her...but she had LONG SINCE LOST INTEREST IN EATING as all end stage cancer victems do...and she was DYING! Terri IS NOT DYING!
She is ALIVE, ALERT and has proven to the WORLD that she wants to live even as she has been made to suffer without stimulation FOR YEARS!

I wonder if Schiavo is still working as an ER nurse. Did he take today off, or did he just make the call while on break at the Morton Plant Hospital? Or has he switched hospitals? Surely, he is not concerned about this potential legislation, knowing that his "Republican" friend George W. Greer will ignore any new law if permitted.

I've been very pessimistic about Terri's future until this past week. But somehow I think she might escape this now. Just a hunch and a prayer.
The buzzards and ghouls circling her are overreaching (even more).

How can Tom Lee possibly be * Fair to Terri's Family * when he is USING HEMLOCK speak in the same sentence. Hopefully I'm just a nut and he will in fact, be fair.

...and that is precisely why I have stopped listening to him. He has become egotistical and non caring. We all PRAYED HIM THROUGH his rehab. WE sent LETTERS, Cards, ENCOURAGEMENT, ETC.....but do you think he has a one minute segment to even say he feels SORRY FOR HER? not on his life. Not what I need three hours a day!!!!!
AND MOST OF ALL....HOW IS WISH OUR ATTORNEY GENERAL GOT AHOLD OF IT AND DEMANDED A FEDERAL INVESTIGATION!
And how I WISH the St Pete Times and TAMPA TRIBUNE would print this article so that FLORIDIANS could know what felos and schiavo have done to Terri and the medicaid system.
