Thats the wrong way of looking at the scenario... The better one is we should all ASSUME that Terri WILL fail a swallowing "test". Especially to the standards of the triumvirate(Greer/Felos/Bushnell). So Wolfson's proposal was a TOTAL JOKE.
Terri is already SOOO much better than hundreds of thousands, (or millions) of patients with difficulty or inability to swallow. She will need MUCH less THERAPY to get back her full swallowing ability.
Thats the KEY, swallowing THERAPY, not swallowing TEST.
Note that all the patients on the separate SWALLOWING THREAD had failed their first swallowing test, but after their muscle-stimulation therapy, they passed and could live without their feeding tubes.
I think the MOST ideal solution would be for states to get the heck away from that notion of 'feeding tube' equals medical device... Its no more 'medical' than a spoon. Or else maybe kill EVERYONE who needs a 'tube', even temporarily. </sarcasm>

It's so important. I visited it earlier. I agree with what you posted to me. The Wolfson Swallow test would be a no winner for the Schindlers. It was a set up, in my opinon too.
Lots of people are kept on *feeding tubes* for the convienence of the staff. From the testimony of nurses, Terri has had the ability to swallow in the past. I believe them, not Felos. Unbelieveable that Terri has been Denied Swallow Therapy since 1993, and now Greer is denying anything by mouth yet again.
Anyway, I think that is what Greer ruled today. Another Huge OutRage~!!!
