Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

Remember FELOS has a little god complex. We discussed this yesterday. Felos thinks he can CONTROL PASSENGER PLANES with his stinking mind.
Felos thinks he IS god and decides who and when someone dies. This case IS not just about Terri. FELOS will cause many others to die due to this case. In my opinion, Felos also believes he is given power for every death he causes.

Florida Lawmakers Introduce 'Terri's Law' in Congress

CNSNews.com) - Two Florida lawmakers Tuesday introduced legislation that could save the life of Terri Schindler Schiavo, a brain-damaged woman in Florida, whose husband is fighting to remove her feeding tube despite her family's pleas.
The Incapacitated Person's Legal Protection Act (HR 1151 and S 539) would give Terri Schindler Schiavo and people in similar situations the same constitutional protection of due process as death-row inmates.
"This bill is not assuming a specific outcome for Terri Schiavo. It is not a right-to-life or a right-to-die issue," said Sen. Mel Martinez (R-Fla.), who sponsored the bill in the Senate.
"It is a very narrowly written piece of legislation to ensure that in very select cases - where there is a judicial dispute about the perceived wishes of the incapacitated individual and a court ordered cessation of nutrition, hydration and medical treatment - that proper legal representation is provided for individuals who have no voice for themselves and whose lives hang in the balance," added Martinez.
Martinez said the measure "ensures Terri has the same federal legal protections as convicted murderers. A federal habeas corpus proceeding will ensure her right to another hearing is followed before the court-ordered decision to end her life is followed through."
The Family Research Council applauded Martinez's measure as well as a bill sponsored by Rep. Dave Weldon (R-Fla.) in the House.
"Dr. Weldon's legislation would allow Terri to have her own counsel that can argue her case, a right given to any criminal in the United States," said FRC President Tony Perkins in a statement. He pointed out that Terri's not a criminal "but a woman truly fighting for her life."
"The disabled deserve due process," said Perkins. "In the United States we don't execute people without due process and we shouldn't execute the incapacitated by starvation. Beyond being cruel and unusual punishment, this is an opportunity for Congress to finally check the power of runaway courts."
The National Right to Life Committee said the measure, also known as the federal "Terri's Law," is based on the "writ of habeas corpus" and would allow a federal hearing on certain state court orders that deny food, fluid or medical treatment deemed necessary to sustain life.
"Congress can act to ensure a federal court hearing on whether or not Terri will be forced to die of starvation and dehydration," said Lori Kehoe, congressional liaison for NRLC's Robert Powell Center for Medical Ethics.
"A proceeding known as the 'writ of habeas corpus,' which is protected by the U.S. Constitution, has been used for centuries to give a hearing to those whose liberty has been constrained by state courts in violation of the Constitution or federal laws," said Kehoe.
She called on Americans to contact their senators and congressmen and urge them to support the measure.

Greer dismissed Wolfson. Also, no swallow test
was done for the following reason. Remember part
of the deal was for Terri's family to agree to having
her feeding tube removed if Terri FAILED THE TEST.
What kind of a set-up was that? It's was straight
from you know where. Of course Terri's family would
never agree to that. Who in their right mind would.
Hospice could have pre-drugged Terri before the test
ever took place. My opinions, but very possible.

Michael Schiavo called Florida Senate President Tom Lee regarding the new bill that was introduced today (Starvation and Dehydration of People with Disabilities Prevention Act). Michael Schiavo and his attorney George Felos do not want the new Florida bill HB 701 to pass. Felos is extremely fightened about this bill becoming law. Michael and Felos are afraid of the new bills that may help save Terri.
Please continue your calls to Senator Tom Lee and your representatives. Today, Dr. James Dobson urged all people to call the Florida legislature to help save Terri's life.

"I got a phone call today from Mr. Schiavo," Senate President Tom Lee said. "We're going to try to be fair to him and fair to Terri and all the people who have feelings about end-of-life issues."
Several lawmakers told Action News they suspected the new law may be just as unconstitutional as the original Terri's law, but some planed to press ahead with it anyway.
A similar effort may be gaining steam in the U.S. Congress. Two congressional lawmakers introduced legislation Tuesday that could be pivotal in the case.
