Since, it is hard to navigate to back posts. I thought I would add this.
This makes it easier to get to the post that you wanted everyone to see.
If you right click on the post number and select open in new window, then you can copy and paste the http url:

I didn't, because I wasn't aware that it's difficult to find a post by number. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've supposed it's acceptable to make a reference by #, since people are doing it all the time. And I don't recall it being a problem. At any rate, I'll post the whole thing again later. :)
