Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

What can we do?

6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.

7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.

8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.

9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

So the Schindlers wanted the complaint kept private, and George W. "Haman" Greer ruled against them again. Maybe there will be unintended consequences, and the report will wind up damning Greer and his euthanasia advocates.

On Sept. 30 of 2003 Lauren O'Connor sent out an e-mail from Jeb's e-mail with the subject of: Terri Schiavo Update that was full of lies. It was not an update it was pure BS. Basically the e-mail stated that Terri's case was before the Florida Supreme Court, etc. and that Jeb was going to abide by the courts, etc. and about getting a living will.

It really pissed me off because Terri's case was not before the Florida Supreme Court and Greer had already ruled that Terri's G-tube was going to be pulled on Oct. 15.. which ruling came after a Sept. 11 court hearing (he ruled by fax after that giving her a death sentence).

We all know what happened last time. Jeb did not prevent Terri's G-tube from being pulled and he let her suffer unnecessarily and heinously for over 6 days.

There is an account that I have of the Sept. 30, 2003 e-mail from Jeb's Office in which I tried to hold them to account for sending out a lying e-mail to everyone state and worldwide.

What a disservice that was!!! and they never corrected it either and I never received a personal response as promised after I personally called Lauren O'Connor and was promised one. She didn't even think it was a big deal that she was sending out lies and she even said she consults directly with Jeb's legal team.

I will dig it up and post my account.

Needless to say I'm very pissed off at this new e-mail coming from Lauren O'Connor because of what it says.

I believe that Michael Schiavo loathes Terri with a hatred so complete none of us could ever grasp it entirely.

I was just listening on radio to MICHAEL GALLAGHER talking about Terri Schaivo. His guest today was Kate Adamson

Her background:

I was totally paralyzed by a severe double brainstem stroke on June 29, 1995.

One day I was active, vibrant, physically fit and starting a fitness training business; a happy mother of two toddlers; living in a beautiful five-bedroom home in an exclusive California neighborhood. The most difficult matter on my mind was organizing tomorrow’s shopping luncheon with my girlfriends.

The next morning I was in intensive care completely paralyzed. I could do nothing. I was totally trapped in my body screaming, silently, helplessly.

But wait – was I totally paralyzed? Was I really helpless? Soon after my stroke, I became aware that I could blink. There. I could do one thing. Could I do anything else? Yes, I could think.

It was a WONDERFUL program. Michael Gallagher and Kate said ALL the things we've been saying here. Kate said she talked to the Schindlers this a.m. I didn't know this, but apparently she's on board and is campaigning hard for Terri. Michael Gallagher said, "I don't know how anybody could be on the husband's side and want him to starve Terri to death."

Kate explained how similar her situation was to Terri's. That she couldn't talk, but she heard and felt EVERYTHING. She was aware. She heard doctors saying she wasn't a good candidate for therapy, etc.

Kate completely condemned the act of starvation....that it is NOT painless. She said that happened to her, for 8 days, not because they were trying to kill her, but because of digestive problems, they had to stop feeding her. Being starved is not painless, she said. Kate also said she had a WONDERFUL, SUPPORTIVE HUSBAND, who INSISTED that EVERYBODY treat her as a HUMAN BEING. He put signs up above her bed at the hospital, stating she is a human being and for Kate to be treated as a PERSON.

Kate's HUSBAND CONSTANTLY DEMANDED that she receive rehabilitation. "HOW UNLIKE MICHAEL SCHAIVO," Michael Gallagher said, "who's been trying to starve Terri to death for years; who's refused Terri care, treatments, medicines, and therapy." Gallagher said "this reads like a horror movie."

Michael Gallagher brought up the girlfriends Michael Schavio has had, the woman he's now living with, the children he's had, the money he's living off---that being Terri's award money.

It was terrific!!!

He was taking calls, but by that time, I got home and I don't have a radio that receives his station. I'm hoping someone else was listening.

Apparently, it is imperative that they establish PVS or the law will not apply. I believe that someone with power could walk in there and blow the death squad out of the water. Who has the nerve? Jeb Bush? Laura Bush? Probably not.

Absolutely. That's why they hide Terri from the world, never taking her out, restricting her visiters, and forbidding camera's. Otherwise people would KNOW she wasn't pvs.

Yes, they totally ignore Michael's inconsistencies.

Remember, he told the court in his lawsuit against the doctor/hospital that he would use all monies awarded in order to rehabilitate and care for Terri. He never mentioned she had said she didn't want to live "like that", whatever "that" meant. Later on, suddently he remembers that she would want to die.

As to why insert the tube, the alternative was to let her possibly choke to death or asphyxiate if eaten food were to block her air passages, which possibly could have happened in a difficult case like hers. She was lying down or propped, not fully upright a lot of the time, and it was difficult to get a lot down her. Plus, the nurses had better things to do than spend all their time making sure she ate and drank enough and none of it harmed her.

You see, the place where she was kept would have been liable if she had died in that manner. So they would not have followed Michael's orders to let that happen to her, and Michael himself could have been criminally charged if he were responsible for letting her die that way.

The tube did everything necessary for the "convenience" of all involved, and Michael set about to get a process going that would ultimately remove the tube under judicial order. Kill her, yes, with the court's blessing, and supposedly under the law.

I believe the statutory definition of PVS is unconstitutional to begin with. A rather clever attorney could blow this out of the water.

It's also possible that someone is attacking floriduh voter's computer. There are programs that can be aimed as someone's computer and boot them offline or slow them down so much that their computers cannot function.

I received the email from Lauren O'Conner. All of us did. My question. What's so hard about proving that Terri Schindler Schiavo is not in a vegetative state? All that needs to happen is someone of stature show up at hospice, without advance warning so she can't be sedated, and have cameras in tow. If she's not PVS then she can't be murdered. Why is everyone making this harder than it is. Or is Judge Greer actually running Florida?

Kate LOOKS FANTASTIC for everthing she has been through.

She is a POWERFUL WITNESS for Terri and other's in similar situations.

I have heard her interviewed on several radio programs, since they tried starving Terri last, but only for a few minutes. I am glad Michael Gallagher gave her so much time!
