It really pissed me off because Terri's case was not before the Florida Supreme Court and Greer had already ruled that Terri's G-tube was going to be pulled on Oct. 15.. which ruling came after a Sept. 11 court hearing (he ruled by fax after that giving her a death sentence).
We all know what happened last time. Jeb did not prevent Terri's G-tube from being pulled and he let her suffer unnecessarily and heinously for over 6 days.
There is an account that I have of the Sept. 30, 2003 e-mail from Jeb's Office in which I tried to hold them to account for sending out a lying e-mail to everyone state and worldwide.
What a disservice that was!!! and they never corrected it either and I never received a personal response as promised after I personally called Lauren O'Connor and was promised one. She didn't even think it was a big deal that she was sending out lies and she even said she consults directly with Jeb's legal team.
I will dig it up and post my account.

Ah ha! I didn't know who Lauren O'Connor is, either. I received the same email today, also. Well, we know from the news that Jeb said he'll do everything within the law. And everything else in the email is blah blah.
We also know that Jeb either will have guts and save Terri, or he'll do a "Pontius Pilat." It remains to be seen, and Lauren O'Connor's previous lies have no bearing on that. But I realize that the mention of her is making you angry, and believe me, I feel EXACTLY the same.
I hit "post," and then thought of the possibility of future lies. We'll have to ignore her.
