Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?
1. LOBBY TO SAVE TERRI
2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.
3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.
4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.
5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.
6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO EVERY DAY, THE PAY ISN'T VERY GOOD BUT THE FRINGE BENEFITS ARE THE GREATEST. You are Great Americans and liberty is Terri's and freedom from oppression. Freepers, that is the big payoff if we continue our daunting task.

Only a monster, a genuine sociopath, someone capable of fantastic cruelty, could so crush the life of another, so control it, so deny that life any comfort, as this freak has done.

Unfortunately, they also don't understand how abortion led to Euthanasia. If anyone has ever seen the mounds of fully formed aborted babies piled one on top of the other (found in the American west near an abortion clinic and later given a proper burial by concerned pro-lifers) they would be unable to do anything other than draw a parallel to the Nazi holocaust. Frankly, (as Rush says) in my never to be humble opinion, I consider such an unbridled attack against the most defenseless among us to be even worse. Thus, I couldn't disagree more strongly with the person in your post.
Anytime mankind, deems a group among them as less than human, and commits such atrocities against them, they are unleashing an unbridled EVIL that threatens other groups and is extremely difficult to defeat. People must avoid the temptation to think that what happened to their own was the worst (like the person you quoted) and nothing else can even compare. Man has committed unbelievable cruelties to one another throughout history and into the present day. IT'S ALL BAD. That is why we CANNOT lose the euthanasia war and we cannot lose this battle for Terri's life.
This is the reason I invite all people of good will and of the same mind on this issue (and that means you too lurkers), REGARDLESS OF RELIGIOUS PERSUASION, to join us in this fight. We cannot afford to alienate and lose a single willing soul who is wishes to become engaged in this vicious battle.

I just got the same thing today. Maybe they were counting how many they had and sent a response out en masse.
EXACTLY! WHY is he tip-toeing around being so polite around people who have already broken the law! He has to stay within the boundaries of the law, but THEY don't!? HELLO!?
UPDATE: I had to spend all yesterday morning in the ER, because the blood pressure shot up some. My meds still have to be balanced. Good news: a CAT scan shows my brain is *normal* (I know many people will find that VERY surprising! LOL!). Today, at the doctor's, the pressure was on the high side, but it went down as a result of talking the situation over with him, so I don't have to add another prescription. Thank God! And he wants me to take another 2 weeks off from work. Good, more time for Terri - as much as I can do (I've been tiring easily).
Pegita, your prayer for me and Terri was just so fitting and perfect. May God save her, as He is saving me.

Thank you for contacting Governor Bush to ask for his help in the case of Terri Schiavo. He has asked me to respond on his behalf.
The Governor shares your concern for this young woman and has pledged to do whatever he can within the laws of Florida to protect her life. The next few weeks will be very difficult ones for Ms. Schiavo, her family and all of those who care about her. The Governor asks that you keep her and her family in your prayers during this difficult time.
Again, thank you for writing Governor Bush about this important issue.

Even if it is "canned," they have an official "Terri response." I sent my email to him on February 19th, and it took this long to receive an answer. They must be swamped! Good!
By the way, I don't think I ever posted my email to Gov. Bush. Here it is (I purposely kept it short and ardent):
Dear Governor Bush,
Please save Terri! You can act alone as Governor. Please don't let judicial activism murder this poor girl. Judge Greer has been sitting on the Guardianship case, and everyone knows it.

URGENTLY ask your U.S. Senators and Representative to support the “Federal Terri’s Law”, the Incapacitated Person's Legal Protection Act, to give the Schindler family access to a federal court to argue for the life of their daughter, Terri Schindler Schiavo.
Representative Dave Weldon, M.D. (R-Fl-15) announced March 3 that he intends to introduce this bill on March 8.
Time is precious! Do not wait for the actual introduction of the bill to urge your Senators and Representatives to save Terri! Only a massive outpouring from their constituents will move Members of Congress to act quickly enough on this vital bill to give Terri her chance at life.
post 1085 should be brought up to Jeb Bush by all of us. Lets call it the first the execute Terri law....it was to be used for her execution and felos had his hands all over it

I believe he's full of hate too...I also believe he MUST be in control of someone at all times. When he no longer controls Terri and her family, Jodi and those little children better beware.
The judge opening the file is a bad thing for the witnesses....
