I heard this at 6:25 PM yesterday (Saturday), on Handel's show. I'm not sure whether or not it was a replay.
A female schoolteacher called in to find out if she had any legal recourse against her female school principal.
The teacher, who was upset nearly to the point of tears, related the following:
She had invited a veteran to speak to her class, and she had asked the children to write letters to soldiers in Iraq.
The principal had approved of all of this.
Subsequently, a miserable insect of a parent complained, and the principal then called the teacher on the carpet and wrote a negative performance report on her.
Then, the principal intercepted the letters written by soldiers in Iraq to the school children, and tore them up, saying she "didn't approve of the use of the term `Bad guys' in the letters."
I did not catch the woman's first name, and she did not reveal the location of the school.
I am posting this on this widely read and distributed website on the chance that somehow we may be able to "Out" this piece of human garbage and give her what she deserves.
I know there is a military interest list available, and if someone could "ping" them with this, I would appreciate it.
I couldn't find any previous posting of this, and I did search, but my searches have often failed to turn up pre-existing postings, so my apologies in advance if such is the case again.
Hope the woman comes forward. If this is true, she should go to someone like O'Reilly or Hannity.
ping
Handel advised her to go to the school board - but in the situation she's in, she's undoubtedly weighing that vs. her vulnerability to the principal's vindictiveness.
I hope this comes out, but unless the glare of publicity causes the sorry excuse for a principal to realizes that she's under public scrutiny, she'll do ANYTHING to suppress this teacher's complaint.
Your gover'ment skools at work. I hope that principal is fired before class Monday morning.
Federal charges for interference/destruction of US Mail, since it was not addressed to the principal?
Used to be serious felony a few decades ago, when I worked for the Post Office Department. (Not the "new" 'Postal Service'.)
Thanks, Jet Jag, for the ping. I hope someone is able to back track this story. There are some school administrators that need to be taken to task, big time....to say nothing about tampering with the mail.

This is blow-out story.
If this teacher goes to the press and she should, the school's in deep trouble.
The parent responsible for the complaint should be expelled from the U.S.
The Principle is a modern day Pontius Pilate.
§ 1700. Desertion of mails
Release date: 2004-08-06

Several points:
First, O'Reilly wouldn't give it more than 15 seconds on his show.
Second: Hannity wouldn't mention it unless Rush brought up the topic before Hannity's show.
Third: (start rant) If I knew this person that tore up the servicemen's letters, I would see the Board of Trustees at the school and demand her resignation. I would write articles to the school board and send copies to all of the local papers demanding that she be fired.
/rant
The MSM is a major part of the irrational behavior with these morons. The MSM does NOT show our guys building a third world country, getting shot in the process. They don't even show our guys feeding children. Then we have the Sally Struthers, Streisands, Findas, and Kerrys of the world, ripping American GIs.
I was going to go to bed; but I am so pissed off... I won't be able to sleep. /rant again. Sorry.
Why do the libs HATE America and our military?
I have to watch what happens with this one.
I heard it too, it is obvious this is true. This woman feels victimized by this jerk. If nothing else, I would like to let this woman know we respect and love her, and we would be willing to stand by her if anything was to happen to her because of her values.
GOOD point.
I have to wonder why Handel did not advise her of that, considering he's there to provide legal advice - ?
It had "the ring of truth" to it. There is a story there.
My guess is that this teacher does not realize that this story would break nationally and really vindicate her.
Can someone get this to Limbaugh?
He's got the resources to ferret this out - and he'll do it, if he finds out about it.
