Most (or even all) of us could probably agree on a nice sounding birthday wish, like him joyfully fading into obscurity and spending many more happy years in it. And these years would indeed be happy: for him there would be no more unpleasantness like Swift Boaters and other diggers in his past; he'd also be able to serenely contemplate the country spared his harm and malice, which should warm the hearts of his fellow citizens and make everybody to live happily ever after.
