Former President William Jefferson Clinton formerly opens his Presidential Center, which will hold the papers from his two term presidency.
Attending the ceremony will be President George W. Bush, former Presidents Jimmy Carter and George H.W. Bush, along with First Lady Laura Bush ,Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, Rosalyn Carter and Barbara Bush.

That rain is pouring down. On some very expensive musical instruments. The whole thing looks very dreary and morbid, all the black umbrellas. Except Hillary's is buff colored like her coat, she stands out this way. The dignitaries are standing for some reason during the song "Sunday Bloody Sunday." Two 80-year-old ex-presidents and their wives, standing in the rain for this drivel. Clinton hugging Chelsea. You would swear this was somebody's funeral.

No, but the accolades could have been a bit more moderate.
