Former President William Jefferson Clinton formerly opens his Presidential Center, which will hold the papers from his two term presidency.
Attending the ceremony will be President George W. Bush, former Presidents Jimmy Carter and George H.W. Bush, along with First Lady Laura Bush ,Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, Rosalyn Carter and Barbara Bush.

Carter is one of the worst presidents we ever had.
And now we know who can share that blame...he said that Hill and Bill helped him get elected.
