Former President William Jefferson Clinton formerly opens his Presidential Center, which will hold the papers from his two term presidency.
Attending the ceremony will be President George W. Bush, former Presidents Jimmy Carter and George H.W. Bush, along with First Lady Laura Bush ,Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, Rosalyn Carter and Barbara Bush.

Well, I am watching, too. My husband will fuss at me when he comes home for lunch. He thinks I should just forget about Clinton.
I wish I could. If he and his wife would retire and go teach at a university or something, I would be happy to forget them.

Chrissy just said the crowd has been asked to lower their umbrellas so they can all see (but they'll get wet, I would note).
Then he said it was kinda sad it rained, but then pointed out that people have gotten married on sunny days and it hasn't always lasted. Chris further opined he doesn't think God grants weather like that.
Andrea jumps in that it was often remarked that with Reagan people would point out the the sun would emerge at certain points and Matthews says that is "Frighteningly messianic".
