Sean Hannity ***THANK YOU*** Thread
11/4/04 | Self

Posted on 11/04/2004 11:26:30 AM PST by NYC Republican

I wanted to thank Mr. Hannity on a FANTASTIC performance throughout the election.

He's the reason I started listening to talk radio several years back, and was an enormous source of inspiration during a really difficult afternoon on Tuesday.

Discounting the exit polls, Sean's passionate pleas to get out and vote, having this garbage poll data in front of him and not dwelling on it, made the difference, IMO... He was fantastic... He could have accepted a Skerry victory, and that would have made his show more valuable to him (an easy target to knock each day), but he chose to take one last stand, and it worked... Anyone listening to Sean that day witnessed one of the turning events on radio - someone who, in the face of mass adversity, came out with his battle cry, and succeeded...

When Rush started to waver - on Monday and Tuesday, he seemed really down and docile, Sean's optimism really came out...

NO one has worked harder for conservative causes. NO one has more influence (#2 radio show, coupled with FOX News, surpasses even Rush). NO one has worked harder at educating people on the issues, converting soccer moms, and now, security moms. NO one has been more of a President Bush supporter than Mr. Hannity.

He has the guts to bombard the Clintons, call out liberals on their lies, FULLY support the SwiftVets - not only on radio - where others like Rush, Laura, and Savage also stood behind them, but on his TV program. When everyone else was afraid to touch the race-baiting ads, Sean NEVER waivered- he played the commercials on his FOX TV program...

Those who belittle him (he wrote a book? he's an intellectual light-weight... etc) - save it, and shove it. This man has done a fantastic service to our country, and we should appreciate the fact that he's on OUR side.

Thank you very much Mr. Hannity.

Of course I myself was panicked and depressed.

Hannity's best show was last April 1 when he claimed to have "seen the light" and was becoming a liberal. He got some very angry phone calls. Very funny.

Reminiscent of Rush's episode years ago, where he professed to wanting to vote for Clinton for Pres. Great!

I haven't pinged you folks for a while, but I just wanted to know if you have any comments you'd like to make re: Sean Hannity.

We received confirmation, via Sweet Baby James, that Sean has/is looking at this thread, and is very appreciative of the comments.

Thanks!

Tell Sean:

You did awesome work helping the Swift Boat Vets tell the truth!

The story is not complete until we see the rest of the records.

This man cannot get away with a life time of smearing a whole generation of our military, and ignore the consequences. The whole story must be told.

Sean did a great job on election day and through out. He was all over the country and had great interviews with great Americans like Tommy Franks during the campaign.

Yesterday, he told us about his fears and concerns after hearing about the rigged exit polls as part of the attempted electronic election coup of GW.

He hates the exit polling and those who played this game.

Sean just might leave FNC if FNC continues to spread its legs to service the rats like they did on election day re pushing the bad Exit Polls. Fox's selection pollsters in the campaign smells like a fix. O'Reilly is a complete A$$hole with his vile treatment of our Swift Boat Vets. He outed himself during this campaign.

I will not watch FNC if a single one of its screaming left wing lunatic rats are on the set. I'm very disappointed with Brit for allowing their left wing hacks to gangbang GW with that bad polling data. Williams should be fired and sent to the DNC as a token lackey.

After this election FNC in my opinion joins ABCNNBCBS as Rathering Fraudcasters. They are now part of my Fraudcaster tagline.

Cool...

Dear Sean Hannity,
You're still too nice to the treason party.
But, at least you're one of the good guys. Keep up the fight!

I thought the difference between Sean and Rush's show was pronounced on Tuesday when the disasterous exit polling data came out. Rush said "I don't believe it", gave a detalied and thoughtful analysis of why the data was flawed. Sean, on the other hand, commanded people to go vote. He spoke with an urgency that I had never heard on talk radio. I am not sure how many people he got to the polls on Tues, but even if it was a couple hundred in Ohio that could have been the difference in Kerry deciding to concede.

Thank you, Sean.

... And thank YOU for the ping!

Sean Hannity not only stayed on topic with optimism, and aggressiveness (throughout the campaign) -- he did a thing the MSM wouldn't: he offered his microphone to those who are vilified and silenced and censored by the Dem Partisan Media (DPM). He did more to unite the "two Americas" as coined by the losing campaign, than the DPM could ever hope to. Not only that? Sean Hannity DID walk his faith. He put it in action. Here's lookin at ya, Sean Hannity! My cheer for you!

Thank You, Mr. Hannity....we love you.

On another note, I knew the exit polls were skewed...when I saw that total BS coming out...I turned everything off...wouldn't listen or look at the liars numbers.

They'd tried to keep Republicans from casting votes if they'd make people believe kerry had won. This backfired on them big time. What actually happened was the blow back from these lies kept rats from going to the polls to vote...it fired up republicans to go vote.... ;o)

Sean did a good job for Bush, no doubt about that.

But I still would like him to address what the heck has been going on at FNC lately. Yes, I know we are asking him to "bite the hand that feeds him". But I look at it this way, if FNC becomes CNN, Hannity won't have a job there someday anyway. It might be better to tackle this issue now from a position of strength.

First off, Sean; Nice job!

That being said, the NY Times just published an editorial in which the guest writer bashed the Swift Vets post-election... the irony being that the NY Times itself REFUSED to ever interview the Swift Vets.

The LA Times just published an article claiming that American GI's watched Iraqi looters steal bags of "explosive" hexamine, failing to note that hexamine is for urinal tablets and heating food...and is actually non-explosive.

Where is the CBS "investigation" into their forged military documents?

Why is the world's news media refusing to publish French President Chirac's bribes (e.g. aircraft carrier De Gaulle) and girlfriends?

On a lighter note, your wife and my wife are Alabama AG sorority sisters.

We married well.

You are right about Hewitt--that man worked overtime. I'm not always a fan of Sean's but he's a good guy and he goes to bat for his team. It all helped.
