Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
Amen. Thank you. I am praying constantly.
Thank you for praying. It would be hard to get through any day without prayer, but especially this one. God bless.
I will hear their prayers from heaven,
I will pardon every sin.
If my peoples hearts are humbled,
I will surely heal their land.
Then my eyes will see their sorrow,
Then my eyes will hear their plea;
If my peoples hearts are humbled,
I will set their nation free.
If my peoples hearts are humbled,
If they pray and seek my face;
If they turn away from evil,
I will not withhold my grace. (Claire Cloninger)

.......Amen,......Infinite Grace and Mercy,.......In Jesus' Precious Name, Amen!!!
On this day, our Father, as we take a stand, we kneel at the outset to pray for our land. You've given us freedom to worship and pray as well as to choose those who see things Your way. With thanks for the Rights that our forefathers wrote, we're grateful, dear God, for the privilege to vote. The campaigning is over. The words-war is past. The day for deciding is here at long last. Assist those officials in each polling place. Imbue them with patience and smiles on each face. Keep systems from failing and shysters from fraud. In all of the details be present, O God.
Prompt those apathetic to break from routines that keep them from levers and voting machines. When we cast our ballots please help us think straight quite mindful of what we should value and hate. We're asking that those who revere You will win. Our nation needs leaders who won't wink at sin. Because there's so much that is really at stake, accomplish Your plans through the choices we make. As totals are tallied and losers concede, be near them and comfort their hearts as they bleed. Remind those victorious they answer to You in laws that they pass and in all that they do. And as this Election Day draws to a close, help president Bush to win his re-election. Amen.

Dear Lord...please take away this hate I have in my heart for John Kerry. I know that is not the Christian way, but I cannot help myself.
I pray that the people of our great country made a faith based decision today. And finally, please let our President be re-elected.
In Jesus name I pray,
Amen

Yes, Lord. May peace descend on this troubled land. May those in the Western states who have not yet voted make their decisions without outside pressure, based on what brings peace to their hearts. May Your Holy Spirit continue to minister in the secret place, giving wisdom, discernment and direction.
No matter how this turns out, it is going to take peace and patience to cope with our divisions. Grant us grace, whether it be in victory or defeat.
And however this poll ends, continue to give us the tongue of disciples, to continue the work of the Kingdom.
Please continue to grace the poll workers and those who labor in various ways to insure a fair election. Hold the media to a high standard of fairness. Please take control of all aspects of this election, that it would reflect Your will most accurately.
Please take America back, Lord, for we Your remnant remain wholly Yours.
We love You, Lord Jesus. May the peace of the Holy Spirit descend upon us in Your name.
Dear ones!
grace to you!
PRAY,PRAY,PRAY!
Ps 27:1 A Psalm of David. The LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?
2 When the wicked came against me To eat up my flesh, My enemies and foes, They stumbled and fell.
3 Though an army may encamp against me, My heart shall not fear; Though war should rise against me, In this I will be confident.
4 One thing I have desired of the LORD, That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the LORD All the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the LORD, And to inquire in His temple.
5 For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; In the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock.
6 And now my head shall be lifted up above my enemies all around me; Therefore I will offer sacrifices of joy in His tabernacle; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the LORD.
7 Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice! Have mercy also upon me, and answer me.
8 When You said, "Seek My face," My heart said to You, "Your face, LORD, I will seek."
9 Do not hide Your face from me; Do not turn Your servant away in anger; You have been my help; Do not leave me nor forsake me, O God of my salvation.
10 When my father and my mother forsake me, Then the LORD will take care of me.
11 Teach me Your way, O LORD, And lead me in a smooth path, because of my enemies.
12 Do not deliver me to the will of my adversaries; For false witnesses have risen against me, And such as breathe out violence.
13 I would have lost heart, unless I had believed That I would see the goodness of the LORD In the land of the living.
14 Wait on the LORD; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the LORD!
(NKJV)
SOLI DEO GLORIA!!
Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he crouched down on the earth and put his face between his knees.
He said to his servant, Go up now, look toward the sea. So he went up and looked and said, There is nothing. And he said, Go back seven times.
It came about at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, a cloud as small as a mans hand is coming up from the sea. And he said, Go up, say to Ahab, Prepare your chariot and go down, so that the heavy shower does not stop you.
In a little while the sky grew black with clouds and wind, and there was a heavy shower.

Amen and Amen!
Continuing to pray, my brother! Praise God!
What a beautiful poem, Faith. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for posting the beautiful Psalm, subaru. Our Lord sees the righteous man who is our President and He will take care of all his needs.
Has not the Lord even used the President's imperfect speech as a blessing to him? It seems to me that most people can identify with human failings and they see that God continues to help our President with everything He has asked him to do.
You have already helped yourself by confessing to the Lord that you are dependent upon Him to build His capacity for love within your heart. Congratulations! You are on your way. :)
