Just announced on fox. Big victory for us!!!
Glad to "meet" you, my FReeper friend! It's clear to me now that the Fox blurb was screwed up. In fact, I just rechecked it and the reference to the Sixth Circuit has now been removed. Both cases are no doubt under review at thisn very moment, though. As to Judge Adams' ruling, as much as I hate to admit it, being a Bush appointee (especially at the district court level) is no absolute guarantee of legal acumen.
I commend you for your hardwork! If only we had 100,000 more just like you!

Now Fox is reporting that they are getting conflicting reports about the decision. At first, they reported that the 6th circuit overturned the decision of the 2 judges.
Now they're confused and the reporting is now that lawyers are scurrying around the court. I'm confused that they're so confused.
PRAYERS WORK. While this decision was being handed down, I was at church with several others praying and interceding for this election at the Lord's throne. Pray people, we will have a decisive victory by the hand of the Almighty God and His Son Jesus Christ.
Thank you my friend. I strongly believe.....
Matthew 18:19
"Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven.
We do. At least 100,000.
Need prayer partners commit to prayer tomorrow. Lets cover every state.
Sign me up for Colorado!
Nice to meet you, too! We are an odd bunch, hung up on procedure. (I have to admit that fascinates me as much as anything else here.) Yes, I see that Fox removed the paragraph. Again, I'm not sure what's going on. I do note that on Friday, a Sixth Circuit panel declined to stay an earlier TRO of Dlott's (in connection with boards of elections holding hearings on pre-election challenges). So who knows. I guess it depends on the luck of the draw. All it takes is one judge at this late hour . . . .
I agree about district court judges by and large. I just checked Adams' bio -- nothing special, a state trial court judge for four years and in private practice for 16 years before that, went to law school at the U. of Akron. Must be a buddy of somebody's.
Thanks CO. I am truly amazed at the unity. I dont even know you guys yet we know alot about eachother.
Who said W was a divider.
God Bless sleep well tonight. We Will Win.
LOL!!
And you mean to say that McGreevey didn't hit on you?
You know, "Proposition 69"?
I stand corrected, Prairie. I should have offered encouragement and instead offered doom-n-gloomTM.
Georgia covered. Amen.
Not to mention pwople who have illegally registered multiple time in multiple precincts in false names. THAT is what the 'Rats are really afraid of.
bois was shooting his mouth off tonight on the mcneil lehrer hour about how the courts had just slapped pubbies down in ohio so that they could not challenge voters...
not knowing of course, that this lower court ruling to block their presence, had been overturned.
this is good.
Been praying and doing some fasting all week. I'm in Arizona.
I'll help the prayer coverage in NC. We need prayer covrage in FL. Moore is going to be there with cameras so we need cameras on Moore. Wouldn't that just drive him nuts. If you got a camcorder take it with you.
We here in Ohio are praying that the challengers will be allowed.
Well, where two or more are gathered in his name he will be in the midst of them. We agree and it shall be done. We also pray for a modest win, no contest, hands down that the righteous be heard. AMEN.
