I don't like this. I'm beginning to think we all need to be in continual prayer that an evil that will affect our heritage, our families, and all our tribes be defeated this Tuesday. Like four years ago, we may be too blind and stupid as a people to do the right thing.
God is in the Heavens. He is our ultimate. Father, help our cause.
Remember: Bush is ahead in the poll. That's going to deflate more Democrats than Republicans at this point, IMO.
This was with registered voters, not likely voters.
It's probably part of their plan to keep viewers watching, keeping the race tight and too close to call, a statistical tie, dead even, a real horse race, ETC. It gives Geraldo something to talk about other than Scott Peterson, and Chris Wallace can do 2 or 3 segments on it. I don't trust the polls since the last couple of elections. They are there to MANIPULATE the vote and the ratings.
What I don't understand is that yesterday the FoxNews poll showed:
Bush 50 to Kerry's 45. Why is Bush's lead down?

>>>From what I gathered - It was a 1 night poll taken last night. I don't know why Fox would post a poll that consisted of only 1 nights worth of data.<<<
I am not sure why they would do an overnight poll, they are very unreliable and FOX just put out their regular poll yesterday.
What are they trying to do?
Let's see whose ahead in the nightly WaPost/ABC tracking poll. Bush was up by three last evening after having fallen behind Kerry earlier in the week.
I bet it's not the same poll. Different methodology, 1 day poll.
See this post (And I was only using hypothetical numbers, what a guess...) http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/1262697/posts?page=26#26
When the totally phoney-baloney 'missing weapons' story came out,,,,Kerry DID make some political gains for a few days-- and that is what may account for the loss of 3 points for Bush.
Then as the story was being analyzed and being shown to be TOTALLY BOGUS--the Bin Laden video comes out--just as the Kerry campaign had decided that they have gotten as much mileage out of the BOGUS story as they could anyway. I think the mileage they got out of it--JUST SHOWED UP!! (with minimal chance for the rebuttal to take effect)
The video has taken the phoney-baloney 'missing weapons' story off the front page--BEFORE it started back-firing on Kerry. His SHAMELESS and RECKLESS use of 'weapons-gate' may have worked. It looks like he lucked out BIG TIME!
It's now 'yesterday's news'--just look at how much the discussion on the topic has dried up on FreeRepublic. After the Pentagon briefing yesterday,,,,the phoney weapons story should be getting HUGE focus--and Kerry should be getting some REALLY BAD PRESS. Unfortunately because of the terror video....Kerry's SHAMELESS, IRRESPONSIBLE, and RECKLESS use of a totally BOGUS story gets barely mentioned!
You and me both, brothu! Although it could be that the media, combined with the lies of Kerry (that he repeats even after Bush calls him a liar) and the voter fraud that the dems have been planning and perfecting for 4 years has something to do with it.
Probably get an idea of the Bin Laden tape's impact. IMHO, it's too soon to tell. People need some time to mull it over and decide whether it'll change their vote.
Pity, isn't it.
Fox= B +2, Newsweek= B +6, TIPP= B +2, ABC/Washingtoon Post= B +3, Battleground/GWU= B +5. Throw out Zogby (because he's an ourtlier, biased or he uses astrology, your call) and the average is Bush +3.6.
It's an odd day to see Newsweek up and Fox down.
Sounds like a bad sample if men break even for Bush. Sounds a bit like that poll (LA Times?) where Kerry got the men's vote and the women were for Bush.
I believe the Battleground over this one. Remember Fox polled on a Friday night. Pubbies were all sitting by the phones waiting to be polled? Not.
I believe Bush is going to lose PA but win OH, WI, IA, and NM. Prediction is
Bush - 51%
Kerry - 48%
Bush 290+ EVs
