My wife and I have been Freepers since 1998. We have lived in Harris County (north of Columbus, GA), since May of '96. Prior to that we lived in Phoenix, AZ.

We have three grown children, each of whom is married, and each with children. Which means we have eight beautiful grandchildren (three girls, five boys). Unfortunately, for us, they all live in various parts of U.S. We also have one greatly spoiled child (a black lab) at home.

We are core conservatives, although I can say that as a young person, I voted for George McGovern for president. It was the only and last time I voted for a Democrat. Obviously, like a newborn pup, I had my eyes closed at the time.
