Not sure if this is the same as the Opinion Dynamics poll which had Bush up 5 yesterday
wasnt this a two day rolling polls. The graphic on the screen when reported looked like it was thur and fri and compared to wed and thur, bush lost 3, Kerry stayed same. Bush support among his voters was less than Kerry, I hadn't seen that before. Softening?
ouch
friday and saturday are big sports days. lot more W fans at football games.
It's not the same poll.
LOL! What ever it takes!
I can not believe this country is even considering
electing a person who considers the UN more valuable than his OWN country?!
Fox's Carl Cameron just said in fact that weekend polls can be screwy.
no reference, it just seems to happen every week for the last few that I have noticed. Bush does best on Tuesdays.
Within the statistical noise field.
LV= Bush 47% lurch 45%
RV = 46/46% tie
The Democratic candidate is campaigning in Michigan the day before the election? That tells us more than any daily tracking poll about the true state of this campaign.
Things are not looking so good for Kerry.
My guess is that they changed their mind because of the OBL tape. They want to see if they can track a difference.
But, I will repeat...Bush was polling almost even among men AND women in this overnight 24 hour polling. Does anyone REALLY believe Bush will break even with men?
It's like the Zogby tracking poll which has Kerry only taking 82% of the African American vote. It's 99.9% unlikely that Kerry could be AHEAD by one point nationally if he's only getting 82% of the African American vote...it just doesn't make sense.
no bump for Kerry is this poll, only fluctuations for Bush with the combination of continuing CBS / NYT hit + Saturday polling results.
One silver lining in this Fox poll is that sKerry is still locked in at 45% - 46%. At this point in time, I don't care what the polls say. GET YOUR SOULS TO THE POLLS!
My thoughts exactly....
It was probably the earlier number that was high. This race is stuck at 2 or 3 point Bush lead.
LOL, I hope President pulls this thing out but I'm very confused at this point. I really don't understand how it could be this close?
Well within the MOE as compared to the earlier Opinion Dynamics poll. We'll have to wait and see if this is the beginning of a trend toward Kerry or if it's just statistical noise.
