His main indictment of supposed war crimes was that they were interfering with his neurotic program to emulate JFK.

I hope God is not too mad at us, so that we end up with Kerry in the Whitehouse.
I have a tape of his Senate hearing it is appalling. Hugh Hewitt or Dennis Prager (cannot recall which one) played the tape and I recorded it, it is poor quality but enough is there to know that Kerry is the last man on this earth that should be president.

Both Campbell and Camil claimed at the Winter Soldier investigation that they had witnessed and participated in war crimes and atrocities. The success of Campbell's lawsuit hinges on whether or not he and Camil could honestly claim that they were essentially war criminals.

Kenneth Campbell is an admitted war criminal. He's claiming it's libel to say he isn't.
