DNC ELECTION MANUAL: CHARGE VOTER INTIMIDATION, EVEN IF NONE EXISTS
**World Exclusive**
The Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee are advising election operatives to declare voter intimidation -- even if none exists, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal.
A 66-page mobilization plan to be issued by the Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee states: "If no signs of intimidation techniques have emerged yet, launch a 'pre-emptive strike.'"

The provocative Dem battle plan is to be distributed in dozens of states, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
One top DNC official confirmed the manual's authenticity, but claimed the notion of crying wolf on any voter intimidation is "absurd."
"We all know the Republicans are going to try to steal the election by scaring people and confusing people," the top DNC source explained.
Developing...
LOL. I really did give away my age with that one.
This is major news. These sleazy tactics have been used for decades, but Dems. have never been foolish enough to actually set it in writing. The message this sends to the average voter will definatly resonate.
The fear is palpable.....
As you said, it is no surprise. The 'Rats have made false charges against the GOP for years.
Well there it is folks...the October Surprise...enjoy it!
LOL. Chirp...chirp...chirp...
I think it's a direct reflection of the faith they have in their candidate.
I wonder if any of the Clinton's fingerprints can be traced to this document?
True, but I would think that even memos by the RNC would at least look more professional..But we are talking about the DNC..
Only if TV Media picks it up.
"I'm still skeptical and wouldn't put it past an unnamed "top DNC official" to just lie to Drudge (though that does seem a little far-fetched). anyway, I'd like to see the whole thing not just one page."
HEH Drudge is saving the rest so he can break more icky dem stuff every few days.
They are poised to set 25,000 lawyers loose to bring lawsuits in every county in the U.S. if they can't win by the usual fraudlent means.
And the electorate should take it as a compliment that the Dems obviously don't think enough of them are dumb enough to fall for the 'Rat party line.
Does a fire in the Rayburn House Office Building count?
LOL Oh sorry...forgot...intimidation and lies against you only matter if you are a Dem.
The Old Media is dead. Long live the New Media :)
Good morning, everybody.
I'm not buying it.
The Dems make this charge hoping that Republicans will be so concerned about being labeled 'anti-minority' or be seen as engaging in voter intimidation that they'll back way off. They hope Republicans will decide that the risk of voter fraud is not as great as the risk of being labeled 'anti-minority'.
And that is how the Dems will exploit every vulnerability in our voting system... by encouraging people to vote who are not eligible, who are felons, who are non-citizens. Merely asking for a photo ID will be called intimidation. Without a photo ID, I could go in and vote 50 times.
This has to be stopped. Sanity and accountability has to be restored to our elections. We have to be able trust the integrity of the votes. Otherwise all future elections will go to those who can cheat the most.
Neal Boortz said the manual is on a website, but I didn't catch which one. He said the site was inundated with hits.
