Oh my, yes they can, they are galactically stupid. These are the guys who approved the line "I actually voted for it before I voted against it" and thought themselves clever. These are the guys who came up with "reporting for duty". These are the guys whose hot new tactic was to make fun of the president's middle initial. Even that was copied from "John F'ing Kerry" in the blogosphere.
They are the arrogant stupids - a terminal case. Arrogance makes people do the stupidest things in world history - invade Russia with a 10 week plan, pass laws against economics, unrestricted submarine warfare, invade Russia without supplies, announce "Apres moi, le deluge", sell sanctity, order tides to turn back, go in against a Sicilian when - no wait, scratch the last one.
Gosh this is fun.

Understood, and my post was directed to all in general, not specifically you.
You just happened to be the closest "post" link when I decided what I wanted to say.

Dan pulls that Texas b.s. on every talk show, but he was willing to move from Texas to New York City. Anyone who is from the South and prefers Park Avenue to Houston is a 100% damnyankee in my book, no matter how he drawls on David Letterman and flashes his shiny, never-touched-cowshit, patent-leather boots.
Those of us in the South have a word for SOB's like him. Scalawag.

Ok, thanks. In the CBS response featured in Drudge's latest headline, they claim a simliar superscript appeared in a 1968 memo that the WH released. That was one of the few specific responses to the forgery charges in the article. It would be interesting to see if the 1968 memo they spoke of has similar type. Unfortunately, they didn't produce an image of the document they spoke of. Intriguing.

I hate to disappoint everyone but the majority of this story is not getting to the majority of the general public. Most have no awareness or comprehension of what is going on.
Sadly to say all the Freepers who did so much are like special forces operators... their role was so critically important but few will ever attribute anything to them.
Thanks to all who did such a great service.

I hate to disappoint everyone but the majority of this story is not getting to the majority of the general public. Patience. News consumers will peel off one at a time, not all at once. The war will never be over.
Meanwhile, there is always the satisfaction that comes from being well informed, especially when others are not and the system is stacked against honest and substantive dialogue.
The media is but one part of the problem. Our political system is corrupt, and the public education system is designed to produce socialist-leaning humans. There is plenty of work.

No, I don't think that it is the Clintons. If you remember, Susan Estrich threatened an attack on the Bush National Guard service after the Republican convention, as a get even attack on Bush.

You think Michael Moore will blame this on HALLIBURTON?
I think this stuff is kind of funny... until I realize that the Left is so hellbent on returning to power that they are willing to smear a sitting President during time of war.
Then, I stop laughing and I just get angry.
I see things a bit differently than the President and I have not always been 100% in favor of some of the things he has done. But, I can not wait to vote FOR BUSH in this election. The stakes are just too damn high this time.

In 2008 Hillary will be the nominee. Of course, there may also be a very strong Republican nominee at that time, but it will have to be someone who distinguishes him- or herself during the next couple of years, possibly from within the administration (Condi, Colin; of these two, I prefer Condi).
After the reelection, say in a year or so, Cheney should retire due to health reasons, GWB can handpick his new VP (an experienced but younger person), and the larger Republican majority we're about to acquire in the Senate will approve and anoint the choice. The election of 2006 may be a tough one -- hence the importance of defeating Hillary. George W. Bush will be reelected by a margin of at least ten per cent

"I have heard dems rant and rave all day about the fact that so what if these are not real we still need to answer the questions they raise."
Sort of like if sKerrys medals are real, then he should still answer the questions they raise and sign the SF180?
