Rush is reporting that the docs came from the Kerry campaign and that the campaign knew that were fakes.

I'd really like to see some run-down on their formation date and influx of original cash. The 3-point coordination (DNC-Press Conf., Liberal Heavy Hitters-Harkin, etc. and Ben Barnes) is just beyond coincedence.

Of course Kerry would forge someone else's.

Nobody ever explained all the background on the supposed original document. Copies of copies of the same marks.

Absolutely right. When "mistakes are made", it is regrettable than some other parties made them. The only thing Clinton didn't deny was the DNA on the dress.

I'm not a gambler, but I'd bet $1,000 that Begala and/or Carville came up with this document scam. It typifies their personal vindictiveness.

As far as the provenance of the documents goes, I think this case may be resolvable by coming at it from two ends. Since the forgery was obviously done by someone purporting to be an expert who really wasn't, that person is probably not as professional as he should be for something so high profile. That means people can probably get him to talk and come forward. I think that's how the case will be cracked.
