Kerry, on the other hand, may have done more than Dole to qualify as a genuine war hero

I am still too mad to talk about it,
but I can tell you this: I had to
walk away from the TV before the first
segment had time to conclude.
The depths that they keep attaining only serve as a pointer to the desperation they're experiencing.
This editorial bothers me not one bit. And everyone, please remember - it's an editorial - from his own backyard.
They're hurting - "feel" their pain.
Thanks for the ping, Howlin.

My favorite was always 'Tunnel in the Sky', followed by 'The Day After Tomorrow' (aka, 'Sixth Column'), 'Door into Summer', 'Double Star', and 'The Puppet Masters'. Awesome stuff.
He's a war hero for socialist and destruction of the western culture, and the communists he loves.
Help me out of my confusion. I read the Globe nonsense but it does not appear to be attributed to Oliphant. Where does he come in? Thanks.
Just like the Freep-mail I sent to you yesterday.
This is worse than the Florida re-count.
The Dems are pulling out all the stops with their friends --the media.

I'm sorry but I refuse to read the [hit]piece. Refuse to even give them the honor of a hit.
Besides, it's the Sabbath and I don't want to ruin the mood!
;-)
None taken. I thought it important to update the usual 'rat behavior to this eleciton cycle.
Dole Questions Kerry's Vietnam Wounds
They are despicable. How low indeed.
You nailed it.
I need mass quanitites of drugs.......LOL.
see my reply to raybbr. And read attached link. Like the Swifties that weren't 'on the boat' I wasn't sitting in on the editorial meeting when this piece of trash was bandied about but I've been reading the Globe and his stuff long enough. Either directly or indirectly his fingerprints are all over this piece.Take it to the bank and if you doubt what I'm saying send Howie Carr at The Boston Herald an e mail and tell me what he says.
Good one!
They will go even lower
I saw this article last night

These people a sick beyond words
Ok, I get it now.
"As the Times also reported, Nixon's political henchman, Chuck Colson, had specifically recruited the Navy lieutenant, like Kerry a swift boat commander in the war, to debate the antiwar movement's freshest star on Dick Cavett's television program."
The Times may have reported this junk, but that doesn't make it so, as is the case with so much of what the NYT "reports." O'Neill was not recruited to debate Kerry on the Cavett program. He had already been signed up before Colson ever heard of him. So now I know beyond any doubt that Oliphant is a liar. Thanks, alydar. I appreciate it.
I saw that pencil neck Oliphant on the Lehrer News hour "debate" the author of "Unfit For Duty". It was hilarious! Every point he tried to make was trashed and he was clearly agitated, rocking back and forth and squirming in his chair like he wanted to fight. LMAO! Oliphant couldn't knock the steam off of a hot biscuit and he couldn't knock O'neal off of the truth.
OMG.......what can you say to that.
At least there's no doubt about whether Bob Dole earned his purple heart!
