President and Mrs. Bush emerged from their Crawford, Texas ranch today (looking rested and ready to go) via Air Force One from Waco to Washington, and will begin a Midwest campaign blitz Friday, including visits to Ohio, Missouri and Michigan in just one day. Today he led a video conferencing meeting with his working group regarding the 9/11 Commission report, and is making plans to implement the changes they deem necessary, some by executive order, possibly as early as next week. The President also issued Executive Orders lifting the sanctions on Iraq due to the removal of the regime of Saddam Hussein and other developments.
Whitehouse.gov also did us a BIG favor today, by posting a series of Presidential pictures from the past which I will post for your enjoyment!
The Democrat lunacy is almost over and its another good day to be a Bushbot, so enjoy your trip to Sanity Island on the Daily Dose!
These two are a breath of fresh air after the stilted, rotten Dem gathering.
I'm SO glad it's OVER!
I like your tagline McGavin.
After reading, cause I ain't got the stomach to watch, all the post of the convention, I am 100% sure W will win re-election! Lurch doesn't have it, he doesn't have now and he won't have it come November...no way, no how! The guy is just plain dead, no two ways about it! Dead...D-E-A-D, dead! Can't wait for our convention...it's gonna get REALLLLL exciting! YEHAWWWWWWWWWW!
What have I missed dear lawgirl??? Are you going to be in close proximity to this sWell man???
I'm not watching them OhioW. Just don't have the stomach for it and besides the media carries their water to the extent that I don't have to listen to their lies firsthand.
I'm watching Romancing the Stone. Seen it several times and it's still preferable to hearing those RATS especially monotone, boring John France Kerry.
Prairie
Finally, (almost) real time photos of our absolutely GORGEOUS First Couple -- what a contrast to the freakish Lurch and Mama T!!!!!
Oh, WOW! Will you let us know when you get a full report??
Do we have anyone here from Texas who can provide us with some insight into the F911 protests/counter protests yesterday in Crawford?!
I don't believe I've ever watched a fishing show before.......except a few of those big Marlin off the coast of Florida ones......but I may just watch this one.
It features Barney, I'm told. :o)
Good to be here. WONDERFUL pics today. What's all this talk about some convention? Is something going on in Boston? /sarcasm :-)
Thanks for the ping and the DOSE, ohio!
And Lurch is giving a 55 minute speech tonight!!
Everyone will be sound asleep by the end of it!! (or they already are........is it over??)
Thanks for the ping and the DOSE, ohio!
I tried to watch tonights cartoons, really I did...I had it on for about 2 minutes and after Sean told us what is in it...I can't. Kerry will say that he will never lie to the American people to start a war!
This has been the longest week! I can't even bear to be near the TV. Now if we can just get thru the next few days of the media replaying every word and fawning over Lurch and his foreign wife. I'm so glad that my President is back and ready to come out fighting.
Kerry's a goner, IMO......
(I haven't watched a minute of it, myself.........better for the blood pressure.....)
Thanks for the pics. Muchly needed.
Laura looks great, btw.
Sorry about the double posts, My computer was acting up again! grrrr!
Waiting for Sunday when some of us San Diego Freepers
are going up to the Reagan Library.
Also one of my gay neighbors is voting for Bush. A former RN. HIV+ I have talked to him and he just got back from his parents in Ill. He said his dad talked with him also.
Mark said security of the US is more important than other
issues. He realizes you can have the social agenda but
if the terrorist come calling again it doesn't matter.
Are you definitely going to the W is for WOMEN kickoff on Monday with sister Doro??
Oh....I have an advertising idea (about how W is for REAL women's causes) I want to share with you to see what you think. Can I e-mail it to you?
