How is it that a person can use their cell phone while looking over top secret documents? What are the procedures regarding top secret docs?

......Cell Phone Cameras......and Box-Cutter-Knife-Cameras......?

OKC-911 CONNECTION ALERT. Please let me know by freepmail if you want to be put on or taken off this list. Thanks.

From the article: Follow along: if a link is made in the public’s mind between terrorism, Flight 800, Bill Clinton, John Kerry, and “9-11”, then what is the logical result? Surely, donations to the Democratic Party and to the Kerry campaign would dry up rapidly. Therefore, it is imperative to the Kerry campaign to destroy evidence of such a link. Enter: Sandy Berger. He is a person that had intimate knowledge of high-level decisions about terrorism, and access to the records of those decisions. Now, it is public knowledge that Berger has “lost” some of those documents. Were the “lost” documents related to Flight 800? The only person that knows hasn’t talked.

I am intrigued by the cover-up of what really happened to Flight 800. I clearly recall the initial reports and interviews of witnesses on CNN like it was yesterday and will always believe that Flight 800 was brought down by a missle of some sort.

My problem is that I am still having a rough time connecting the dots that lead directly to the Kerry camp. There appears to be a little bit of a leap here. Yes, I've heard John Kerry's and George Stephanopolis' (as well as others) reference to terrorism in regards to Flight 800 and Bill Clinton's immediate appointment of Algore to lead a committee to investigate and review airport security in the aftermath of Flight 800 is very telling. But, without knowing just what documents Sandy Berger "accidently" removed and subsequently "accidently" lost, this all appears to be spit in the wind. Everyone who has had a bone to pick with the Clinton administration seems to be using this opportunity to justify their conspiracies.

I am also a firm believer, based on evidence I have seen and read, that Vince Foster did not kill himself (at least, not at Fort Marcy Park) but how long will it be before somebody supposes that Sandy Berger was trying to remove documentation pertaining to Vince Foster's knowledge of Bill Clinton's campaign against terrorism because they have an affidavit from somebody testifying to seeing Vince Foster opining to a beggar on the street about the lack of effort in the administration to push through an anti-terrorism bill?

The point is that if people find out John Kerry knew that Flight 800 was shot down by a terrorist with shoulder launched missle, we are too far removed from the event for the majority of America to care. He's already on tape admitting to "atrocities" in Vietnam and a couple of dozen or so Vietnam era officers are on record as saying that based on their experience with Kerry, he is not fit to lead the country, what makes anyone think that Tom Brokaw and company are going to throw in the towel based on this new damning revelation?

I really want to disagree with you, but I've been making the same point on other threads myself. I'll be pleasantly surprised if we're wrong.

Now, try this analysis on for size:

The Clinton administration, facing an election in the coming months of 1996, have a choice:

i) Admit to a terrorist act and face the consequences of pursuing the truth; or

ii) Lie like a politician, claim it was an accident, and run on peace and prosperity.

Knowing what you know now about Clinton, Burger, Reno, Clarke, advisers Carville, Stephanopoulos and others, what do you think they chose?

Exactly.

We'll discuss the mechanics of research there -- what researchers can do with archived material -- and what's frowned upon.

The only way to knock out the Dem spin is to release something more serious. I want Berger prosecuted and I definitely want to know what really happened to Flight 800.

I think about all of the lives impacted by Flt. 800 as well as those involved in what has always looked like a cover up. A single murder demands justice, but this is murder on a grand scale.

And not just murder in terms of human life, but also of truth, of justice, of the integrity of our trusted intitutions like the FAA, the NTSB, the FBI and CIA, etc., as well as of reputations of companies like Boeing.

And all to protect the sorry butt of one man: Bill Clinton. A man whose legacy still needs to be written.

On Aug. 22, 1996, just before the Democratic National Convention,
Ms. Gorelick oversaw a critical Justice Department meeting with the FBI.
mmediately after this meeting, as it happened,
all serious inquiry into the fate of TWA 800 came to an end.

Gorelick was instrumental in the corruption of TWA Flight 800 terrorism investigation
Did Clinton appointee corrupt Flight 800 probe?

Indeed - also, what type of cell phone does Berger have? One can obtain units that have photographic capability. Did Berger send photos of the documents to another person's e-mail account? This is possibly a situation of 1950s technology - archived "papers" - meeting up with 2004 technology for ill purposes. My reading of this so far is that the Clintons, Kerry, and their democrat mouthpieces(the media of course fall into the latter category) were involved in a national security compromise and now a major cover-up of profound interest given the clear and present dangers of today.

One problem with digitized docs and microfiche - they are more easily accessed and/or concealed by unauthorized people. In terms of digitization, they are also more easily erased.

Physical security of the computer itself is moot if the computer is connected to a network.

Electronic copies of paper originals (i.e.: the notes hand-written in the margins) would be an excellent idea, but not without security risk.

All your points are good ones. However, government agencies tackle all of those points routinely. SW Development, for instance, for DOD, is often tightly restricted, yet placed on secure networks, backed up, and safe from erasure.

Mitigating the security risks is not easy, and not cheap -- but at Sandy Berger's level, it should be routine. The idea that one guy can stuff a few copies of a memo down his pants and "poof!" all knowledge of such a memo is forever gone is just shocking. I do not know what procedures are followed at the National Archives, and perhaps they are smart enough so that nothing was actually "lost" -- but the news coverage seems to indicate that Berger did some irrepairable damage to the Archives. All I'm saying: relying on paper is barbaric.

I wonder if the Saudis will ever admit that the downing of their flight over Newfoundland was a terrorist act...

The author shourldn't kid himself: If there is any evidence in the autopsies of a missile (which I do not believe exists) or a bomb (which is possible, not certainly not proven), it will NOT hit Kerry nearly as hard as Bush, because there will be someone, somewhere in the administration who would have had this evidence, and the Dems will only use it against Bush.

There is no way, ever, that TWA 800 becomes about Kerry, and only a remote possibility that it becomes about Clinton.

It has always seemed to me that flight 800 was downed by a missile, but if so, then President Bush ought to know, and therefore ought to know about a Clinton coverup of same. Nobody on this thread is asking, let alone answering, the obvious question: if all this is true, why is Bush continuing the coverup?

For treasonous behavior, a firing squad is more apropos, especially in time of war. The criminal enterprise democrat party leadership is way over the top in aiding and abetting the enemies of this nation in the war on terrorists. Careless?... Yeah, careless to get caught, unless there was material being brought into the archives and taking and destroying is a cover for the more sinister activity. Either way, the democrap party is now fully shaped in the twisted degenerate clinton image. Sadly, too many American voters appear to prefer the deadly malignancy of clintonism stamped on the democrap party.

and Bill Clinton's immediate appointment of Algore to lead a committee to investigate and review airport security in the aftermath of Flight 800 is very telling.

And that committee came up with very stringent measures for airport security and the Airlines screamed bloody murder until Gore backed down and let them off only to have 9/11 happen. I think Tommy Daschle's wife had her hand in this also...

I still think it is very interesting that Mohammed Samir Ferrat who was to be on Ron Brown's flight ended up on 800.

Assume the worst because the risk to Berger was far too great for this to be something simple.

Bergers insane actions scream for a House investigation! As we speak, House Republicans are gearing up for this if more information is not forthcoming.

The Dems are working 24/7 to deflect Bergers damning actions. This life-long bureaucratic leech would not throw his career away for nothing!
