FReeper Suggestions To The RNC War Room Monitors: Opinions, Questions, and Advertising Ideas From Your Base

Since reading the post the other night which mentioned that the RNC staffs a 24/7 War Room to monitor media and internet traffic for new ways to define the opposition, I thought that there should be a thread where we can offer constructive ideas to help in the effort. By using a single thread for this, we can save the monitors some time - if you have an idea that would help President Bush or any of the other Republicans, please post it here. Likewise, if you are replying to a different thread with an idea, please link it to this thread as well.

"We win on CONVICTIONS."

And the more of those criminal traitors that get convicted, the better.

We must continue to point out the head-in-the-sand positions of the liberal establishment, and the hypocrisy of John+John who supported and encouraged President Clinton doing the things they now condemn President Bush for.

How about a team dedicated to just FEC complaints.

Complaints abouty f911 advertising being a violation of CCR, for example.

How about passing a law allowing churches to be political OR attacking those that are.

I say get the RNC to eventually give the "Swift Boat Veterans" alot of exposure

I don't know how the Bush campaign can do this but I thought the same thing after seeing a Kerry ad tonight. Edwards is giving a speech and he refers to Kerry's fellow soldiers who support him today and claims that Kerry will leave nobody behind. Really?

Kerry left behind the soldiers and POWs in Viet Nam, he left behind the troops in Iraq when he voted to support military action and no on the support of the troops, he left the majority of Americans behind with his partial birth abortion vote, he left behind 40 some million Americans when he called Republicans the biggest group of liars and cheats...and I'm sure we could go on and on.

I can envision the ad with Edwards saying that John Kerry will leave nobody behind and then a reading of the list of his positions and votes.

This will be a LONG election season; everyday a new batch of lies spews from Kerry & Edwards' mouths! God help our President to stay strong during this continual onslaught!

John Edwards' has his "Two Americas" speech, yet he incorporated himself in the mid-1990s so he wouldn't have to pay almost $500k that SHOULD have gone to Social Security and other gov't programs his "Second Americans" apparently must survive upon.--

Pardon me...... where may I find a source for that?

Excellent points. It boils down to the fact that we're pro-American, and the Democrats are anti-American.

I'd like to see the Democrats explain to the voting public why it is that 78 of them belong to the Democratic Socialists of America, a subchapter of the Communist Party USA. It's time to bring the Communists among us out of the closet and into the light for all to see.

Schedule Michael Reagan and Allen Keyes to speak at the GOP convention. Mike Reagan could speak after a video tribute to his dad and conclude his speech with: "Go out and win one more for the Gipper."

Ambassador Keyes can fire-up any crowd and he might sway some black votes.

Use the homo-marriage thing, guys. The Black and Hispanic communities agree with us--if we can pick up 10-15% more of the vote from these folks, we win in a walk and pick up seats in the House and Senate.

It's a huge issue out there just below the radar screen. Go for it!

It isn't against the law, but the fact remains he found a tax loophole to keep the money for himself and not for his "Second Americans".

http://66.102.7.104/search?q=cache:Shhs_IUbS-0J:www.charlotte.com/mld/observer/news/6572849.htm+john+edwards+incorporated+himself&hl=en

They noted that Edwards lived in a house valued, with land, at almost $1 million and had driven expensive foreign cars for years prior to buying a Buick for the campaign. They complained about a 1995 accounting change in which Edwards incorporated his law practice, thereby avoiding several hundred thousand dollars in Medicare taxes. (A half-dozen CPAs questioned recently about the switch said it was not unusual for doctors and lawyers to incorporate their work and did not appear to violate the law.)

There is more documentation of this, and again, it isn't illegal. But it sure would make me think twice if I was a SecondAmerican.

How about a commercial that simply states:

"You know who kerry is:

Kerry is the Massachusetts liberal, who voted against the Defense of Marriage act, voted against providing bullets to American soldiers, proposed eliminating the CIA, wants to give the french more say in our national defense, proposes increasing taxes to provide for pork programs, voted against second amendment rights, chose the forth most liberal senator who is a medical malpractice plaintiff's lawyer to be his VP.

Yes you know who john kerry is."

President Bush is also a much better speaker when allowed to state his own strong beliefs; it's easy to tell when he's just reading a speech. It's also why he does well in debates.

Points that bear repeating, over and over again!

"The Swift Boat Veterans"--

The RNC could just put these guys on a few ads late in the campaign .... in all the swing states! I don't have the numbers in front of me at the moment, but a vast majority of the officers who worked near Kerry in Vietnam say he is "unfit for office". Simple, they know the bum, put them on the ad. Their eyes and words say it all.

o The VVAW was a radical and potentially violent organization that formally considered assassinating prominent supporters of the war. As reported in the New York Sun by Thomas Lipscomb, during a November 1971 meeting in Kansas City the VVAW leadership and chapter coordinators voted down a plan to murder several U.S. Senators, including John Tower, John Stennis, and Strom Thurmond. Two VVAW members who were present, Randy Barnes and Terry Du-Bose, place John Kerry at that meeting, as do the meeting minutes and FBI records. Kerry claims to have resigned from the VVAW at the meeting or shortly thereafter, but there is no evidence that he ever informed authorities about the conspiracy. Kerry continued to publicly represent the VVAW until at least April of 1972.

If W wants to win the election, he can get a good start with controlling our borders. California is turning into a zoo, much worse than only a few years ago.
