FReeper Suggestions To The RNC War Room Monitors: Opinions, Questions, and Advertising Ideas From Your Base
Since reading the post the other night which mentioned that the RNC staffs a 24/7 War Room to monitor media and internet traffic for new ways to define the opposition, I thought that there should be a thread where we can offer constructive ideas to help in the effort. By using a single thread for this, we can save the monitors some time - if you have an idea that would help President Bush or any of the other Republicans, please post it here. Likewise, if you are replying to a different thread with an idea, please link it to this thread as well.
I know that this is technically a "Chat" type of thread. However, since it is meant to be a consolidated source for the RNC staff to assist them in defeating the communists, I'd appreciate it if you could please leave it here in plain sight. It won't help our cause over in Chat - the exposure is so much less. I'm sure that you'll want to keep a close watch on this thread for a while as it will no doubt draw plenty of trolls.

Suggestion #1: Don't copy the Democrats' hail Mary strategy of trying to gin up a scandal.We win on issues. Americans are pro-life, pro-gun, pro-troops, pro-tax-cuts, and pro-war-on-terror.
Let the Democrats explain their flip-flop votes, hidden tax returns, and pro-abortion views.

Great comment. If I may add a little. We win on CONVICTIONS. They need to quit trying to be "everything to everybody;" and trying pander to every moderate in the country. That never works...people recognize it as a "sales" pitch. It's also why they don't like Kerry.
State convictions and visions clearly, and people will follow. President Bush is also a much better speaker when allowed to state his own strong beliefs; it's easy to tell when he's just reading a speech. It's also why he does well in debates.
