During his 1971 congressional testimony, Kerry addresses the committee in a strange 'Thurston Howell' voice...it must be heard to be believed.
Was this accent real or affected?
If an affectation, psychologically speaking, what does that say about the man?
How can the RNC/BC04 folks get this startling audio into the ears of the general public to best effect?

'Thurston Howell' voice I, too, heard this strange, affected accent from the Congressional testimony. It must be heard to be believed, very funny, very late-night comedian!
