One hopes, like the stolen fuel tank truck of some time ago, these are found empty and abandoned somewhere in Mexico (BIG market for propane in Mexico). At the risk of oversimplifiying the obvious, the terrorism aspect of these things is not trivial!

Just heard on local San Antonio news broadcast (WOAI) that the two trucks have been recovered somewhere east of Laredo.
