After reading a statement, the men were seen pulling the man to his side and putting a large knife to his neck. A scream sounded as the men cut his head off, shouting Allahu Akbar! God is great. They then held the head out before the cameraI think I'm going to be ill.

I doubt CBS will show this video. Gee...ya think?
No television station or network will. If only for reasons of good taste.

See my post 65. Berg was apparently an anti-war protestor. His business is listed as a supporter of the "Global Day of Action" protest. News reports say that he was arrested in Mosul and talked to by the FBI and then got caught on his way home.

God is great. Those animals have no idea how great and will hopefully soon find out! God willing.

The networks will give this story maybe 1/1000 of the coverage of the prison abuse scandal.

...there's video of captured Russian soldiers in Afghanistan, infidels in Indonesia, and so on, having their heads sawed off while they scream and struggle. I have a copy of one such video. I keep it as a reminder when I'm feeling complacent.

I am beginning to be less and less concerned about prisoners rights and the Geneva convention than I was before.

What an odd story. He went there to inspect radio towers on his own? And then he got interrogated by the FBI?
He was an anti-war protestor apparently. See my post 65. His personal business was listed as a supporter of the Global Day of Action anti-war protest. He then got caught by the FBI in Mosul.
The press always lists these anti-war protestors as "self-employed civilian contractors". They did the same thing with those Japanese hostages who were also anti-war protestors.

Berg was apparently an anti-war protestor. Wow, irony sucks.
Glass, turn it all into glass over there before the cancer spreads further.

Sounds to me like he was a peacenik, who likely went over their to show the world that the American military was evil and our muslim brothers are men of peace.
He was apparently a bit "off message" but that does not justify his end.

They won't show it for reasons as to not "inflame" us here and causing a backlash of violence.
Kind of ironic isn't it ?
To: Arkinsaw; Rutles4Ever
Interesting. Like the Japanese "hostages," I guess he thought the crocodile would eat him last. Guess what...there's no honor among that bunch.
Being an anti-war activist does not appear to have helped him much, if you go and look at that hideous picture of his body.

Are you saying Taguba shouldn't have written his report?
It was his job to do so.
